This place is the home away from home. You will feel the comfort of staying like in your own bedroom. I was amazed of how clean, orderly and comfy the room is, plus the very respectful, kind and accommodating staff. Located in the heart of Puerto Princesa City which is close to restaurants/bars, malls and other establishments. Wifi is excellent, breakfast is delicious and nutritious. I can’t ask for more. Leny and Ariel, 2 thumbs up for your service. See you again in my next vacation.

LIKES: Clean room; comfortable bed; great a/c; front desk filled up water bottles daily; great wifi.
DISLIKES: No blanket (just a sheet for a blanket); we killed over 900 small ants over several days, and they got in to the luggage; strict limited towel policy.

Very nice place with quality. Even better than some higher end hotels I stayed at in the city. Very secure as the host unlocks the gate and vets each guest as they arrive. They even got a backup generator! Highly recommend

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber, der Flughafen Transfer hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen . Aber passt.!

I honestly do not have an idea how the hotel looks like inside nor how helpful the staff are because We did not proceed with the check in.
The area around the hotel is so scary even at 4:00pm in the afternoon when we were there.
The streets around the hotel are very narrow, not paved, they’re dirt roads with rocks and potholes all over.
The neighborhood appears rundown and a good 200 yards to a paved secondary street.
The hotel looks fair or ok from the outside but the rundown appearance of the neighborhood and the narrow unpaved streets full of potholes makes staying there very scary.
Considering the area where it is at, the rating of 9.8 is deceiving no matter how good or amazing the hotel is.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, well run, and the fit and finish of everything is great. A refreshing change from the other well worn hotels. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Puerto Princesa.

Likes: The room was impeccably clean (the floor was so shiny it seems like you could eat off it), very clean bathroom, strong AC, good wifi, and the owners were so nice and gracious and helpful. They do an airport pick-up and they help book tours and the shuttles. They bring breakfast to you so you can dine on your private patio.
One small quibble was the hot water supply. Because the heater is solar there is plenty of hot water during the daylight hours. Not so much at night or early morning. But this being a tropical country, even the cold shower wasn't really all that cold. Not a deal-breaker for me.
I would stay here again.

One was waiting for us in the airport and showed us the city on the way to the house.
Room was super clean and airconditioning good and quiet.
Breakfast is simple but meeted our expectations.
