Guests will receive an email from the property in advance of arrival. The email will contain an authorization letter required to access the property. Guests must present a copy of their booking confirmation, valid ID, and the authorization letter at check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
