The rooms at Honey Hunt are quite modern and very comfortable, especially the beds. They even provide a real comforter instead of just a thin sheet for a blanket, which makes sleeping even more cozy, esp. when you have the AC on. Our room was on the 6th floor so it was helpful that they had a lift / elevator.
There’s a TV in the room with lots of channels, which is great when you just want to relax in your room for a day. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a pretty good menu selection, all for a reasonable price. There’s a convenience store downstairs as a well as a café. Actually, along the street where this pension house is located, there are several eateries, cafés, a 7-11 convenience store, laundry shop, barber shop / salon, all within walking distance, which is absolutely convenient. The South Bus terminal is a 5-10min taxi ride way and the v-hire terminal is also nearby.
A big plus is that all the staff here are super friendly so I ended up chatting quite a bit with the receptionist, the kitchen staff and the guard. They were all very helpful and easy to talk to.

I booked a twin room (that also said queen bed on the booking) and was given a small double bed. When I went to request a change the reception was already closed.
The bathroom is so small and only a small amount of water comes from the shower.

Some days the staff are friendly, and some days they are lazy and unhelpful. Cleanliness is a serious issue at the cafeteria as rats and cockroaches were seen. In my room, the lights, TV and air-conditioning worked well. But in other rooms of my friends, the drain was clogged up and required "plunging". The hotel has a strange policy that outside food cannot be consumed in its premises. Why cannot I bring a beer purchased elsewhere to drink in my room, just because you sell it in your cafeteria? The only real selling point is that this hotel is walking distance to the Stadium for watching the Sinulog Grand Parade.

サンペドロ要塞やマゼランクロスに近くてロケーションが良い。コンビニや飲食店も周辺にある。
値段の割に快適だった。6階の部屋で眺めも良かった。シャワールームがとても狭かったのが残念。

Zimmer ohne Fenster (entgegen den Bildern in der Anzeige), mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer und im Bad, Ablauf von Waschbecken defekt, gebuchtes "Zweibettzimmer" stellte sich als Zimmer "good for 2" heraus, wir mussten also noch einen Aufschlag für ein Zimmer mit zwei separaten Betten bezahlen.

Room is comfortable and relaxing. You cant bring foods inside the room. The guard and the front desk reprimanded us from bringing take-outs from fastfood to our room. They advice us to eat our food in the lobby or receiving area.
