Let me start with the good.
The view of the ocean in the distance was great.
It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time.
I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom.
The room had a bad smell.
Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches.
One was dead under a table.
we checked in shortly after 2:00.
It was brightly lit in the room.
I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear.
We immediately packed our things and accepted that we would not be getting refund.
I wish I would have thought to take pictures.
I normally don't do reviews.
This was bad enough for me to warn others.
I know the price sounds tempting but there is a reason this place was so cheap.
I am hoping to save someone else from this experience.

We enjoyed there. And they were helpful.A little surprised we were scolded for inviting in laws to eat in our room when it's an apartment??
We stayed at 36th floor so you shall not be a scared person

The tower rooms have beautiful views of Cebu. Are units on modern The pool is a nice feature. The management service was very responsive with my issues However, The unit, especially the bathroom, were not clean.
