飯店有點老舊， 房間跟照片差異很大。 冷氣壞了2次，還有濃濃消毒味道。 浴室熱水不熱水量又小。 早餐選項少。 只有一個好處就是地點。

地點很方便，旁邊就有Jolibee，跟便利商店， 離SM mall只需步行10-15分鐘，進出都有人安檢，安全性也不用擔心，也有泳池可以游泳，唯一的小缺點是冷氣有一點點點大聲！

Internet so weak If you are business travellers, pls consider it seriously.

距離機場近，大約單程300元菲幣，飯店樓下有超商，飯店有泳池，步行十分鐘左右到MOA逛逛百貨、超市、很多餐廳選擇，飯店距離海鮮Paluto餐廳可搭車大約百元出頭即抵達。

就是为了转机休息一下，主要离Asia mall近，但有个前台服务很生硬，本来想投诉，但看到她是个孕妇就算了，另外一个前台就很好。房间很小，有很难闻的气味，隔音很差，不建议在这里休息。

住宿整體還可以 優點是離商場近走路即可達 , 離展館也近搭計程車十分鐘即可達 .

設備老舊，電視通訊畫質很差，鏡子甚至已經生鏽，雖然是無菸房，但仍然有菸味從廁所的通風口飄出來。

Walking distance to SM mall of Asia and other attractions. 7/11, JollyBee, 24hr chicken and gas station right next to the hotel. Security at entrance and parking garage 24/7.

Mall of Asiaまで徒歩圏内だが、途中は建設中のビルがあったりして暗くやや不安だった。 朝食付きにしたのだが、初日は野菜の蒸しただけとかスクランブルドエッグに謎のフィリピン赤いソースなどとショボかった。ところが2日目はミルクフィッシュの料理など充実していて、日によって違うようだった。 そのレストランで焼鳥も夕食で食べたが、写真では「塩」だったのに「タレ」それもとても甘いタレがダダがけで来た。 部屋のエアコンはうるさかったが、同レベルの他のホテルと比べてないので何とも言えない。 日本のテレビはNHK Worldのみ視聴可能。

The property is well overdue for an upgrade. The pool water seem a little dirty so we decided not to get in. Don't think we will be staying there in the future.

The stay was enjoyable and the staff was great.

Location wise it’s convenient to Mall of Asia and airport - however the wifi quality is so bad that it gets disconnected time to time even when you move about the room. The toilet is a little outdated also. In general my stay was OK - the bed is comfortable but the wifi just needs to be fixed so it’s more stable.

Poor customer service , I think the receptionist on duty on aug.15 ,2025 , was tired thats why she shouted on us stating that there is no available room for early check in , if shes tired we are also tired , she didnt even think she was paid by the company to work and work she is not free.If she dont want to work on the front desk let her know what is the scope of her work.. and also she made a mistake for the total amount that we need to pay for she keep insisting that we need to pay for like 9k that it should only 7k plus and after telling us 3times that we need for 9k and we tell pleasencheck and finally realize it was only for 7k plus.

周辺に大きなモールや店があり、便利なロケーションです。ホテルの設備はまずまず。スタッフもフレンドリーで治安も良く、リーズナブルなホテルです。 少し気になったのは、替えのタオルをもらったところ、もちろん洗濯済みでしたが染みのような汚れが残っていたのと、エアコンの運転音がやや大きかったところかな。
