Terrible! The hotel is old and the linens, towels, carpet, room, tiles and the faucets are so old and seems was used since the hotel was built in 1989. I cannot sleep well

Door to the balcony is broken. Room has cockroaches and staff will enter your room without your knowledge. I appreciate them cleaning while we're gone, but I'm not comfortable that someone enters the room without our permission and while we're gone.

1St 1st room they provided smells bad. There was a cockroach in the wash basin. The shower drain was clogged. The carpet with too much stain & old. The towel smells bad. We complained & then transferred to other room which is little better. There was a road construction in front of the hotel 7pm to 6AM the next day. We barely have a sleep cause The dredging & drilling noise is too much. The breakfast is pre-prepared with sausage, egg & a cup of rice + coffee. The Jollibee breakfast is better & cheap. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Close to everything and accessible to all vehicle type. Photos displayed were exactly the same as what it looks like and not misleading. Staffs are very accommodating. Thank you and see you again!

The food is good and the room is clean but they lack assistance upon check in to your room. We had to request other stuff missing for our stay like bath towels. Also, the carpet looks untidy and old. I wish there would be an electric kettle than the thermos.

The place was far from the city proper. The receptionist and other staff are very accommodating. I think the price was good enough for one night stay and free breakfast (yay). I'm just disappointed with the bathroom, the drains and toilet were clogged, it took us almost 4 hours to totally drain the water! Also, we cannot access the wifi :(

The application says that it has still 5 available rooms although at different prices. I booked 1 room. However upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed us that they are fully booked for the night and they have mislooked the booking. They assisted us to one hotel for the night. However, when we check in on that other hotel, there were no wifi in the room, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no shampoo, and there was a small cachroach on the CR. I was so disappointed and confronted the staff to transfer us to a room where there is wifi or refund my payment and let us book to another hotel. The staff informed us that wifi is available only at the reception area and that they cannot issue refund. However, the staff sensing my irritation has given us toiletries for free which is supposed to be for sale. I cannot blame the staff on that hotel because we have booked and expected our stay at hotel supreme and not to them. Hence, to Hotel Supreme, please update the availability of your rooms. How come, it says there were 5 available rooms but in actual there is none. I revisit the aplication to see if it was already updated however, it still says that there are 4 available rooms left after our booking. So disappointing really.

I did not expect that the place is not well cleaned and maintained.

We had a great stay here. All the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Big salute to the Guards. And, thank you very much Ms. Anne Ramos. 😍 Hope to visit Hotel Supreme again! 👍

The pool was not available. The pitcher and glasses in the room were very dirty.

The place was very good. Breakfast was limited only.

No water heater. When we approach the front desk, they cannot provide any electrict water heater.
