優: 網路佳、服務優、乾淨、安靜 缺: 冷氣太冷、淋浴間排水不順、淋浴間玻璃只能遮住大部分，仍會有少許水濺到外面

房間不大,冷氣設備舊聲音很大聲,冰箱聲音也很大聲,門很卡

房間大、舒適乾淨，check in 快速，離商場近，價格不貴，會想再住的飯店

我住的房間是30D，在最高層樓，窗外的視野很棒，床很舒適，睡得很舒服，裡面還有廚具及餐具，然後飯店的附近有一間購物中心，非常大，想吃東西或閒逛都很方便，走路大約3分鐘就到了。

我们预订了两间房四晚，早班飞机，有老有小，当时跟前台提出希望提前入住，前台查了下有一间空房，要交2335菲币，我觉得贵了，相当于多了 一天房费，只提前了几个小时而已，就问能不能便宜，女前台说2000，我问还能少吧？毕竟就几个小时而已，女前台问男前台经理模样的一个人，能不能少，男的估计觉得老小吃定了，说2335一分钱不能少，我觉得不爽，就放弃提前入住了，只办了手续，交了4000押金存了包，还专门叮嘱了老人孩子不会英文，需要住一个楼层，结果下午2点去拿房间卡时，一个房间在18楼，一个在23楼，感觉前台就是在使坏。我要求换到一个楼层，前台表示没房了。我们明明一大早房源充裕的情况下就办理了手续，偏偏安排在不同楼层。最后虽然前台请示升级了房间，但是处理前后花了半个小时，老人在大堂都困着了。房间升级了两室一厅，厨房设备很齐全，做点东西很方便，风景也不错，步行到greenbelt大约5分钟。mall里很多吃的还有超市。很方便。房间里苍蝇很多，每天都有十几只，不知道为什么32楼还有苍蝇。

1.Housekeeping is not on time finished.2 times we come back at 3:30PM is still no one clean,eventhough you hang out the sign. 2.counter staff is not profession,conscientious and active.Even though you already paid it all on website,when you check in,they will ask you paid guarantee 3000PHP(3 nights) and give you white receipt.check out have give it to them and give back your money. But when i checked out return room card and white receipt together,they confirm house facility is ok and no drink somthing.they didnt give me back my guarantee,when i ask them,they ask me my white receipt.Thank God they didnt lose it in the counter. I live so many place hotel is never have this bad situation.

This is a really nice serviced apartment, very good for my business trip. I stayed for one week and impressed by the hospitality and profession of the crew. Highly recommended.

Service and everything was great, just only that I had bad experience with slow wifi.

OK, first. Internet is terrible, and I'm being kind saying it's terrible. Most the time, you have no data flow. When the Internet is "working" it speed tests around 15MB. The cable seems (can't confirm this) to be running off an IP setup. Meaning, the cable cuts out constantly as I believe it's hanging off the Internet which drops out constantly. If you're patient, you can use WiFi to check e-mail. Other than that, you won't have Internet or TV unless you bring your own. Room: I booked the only room that listed a king size bed. The room was not as described, and did not match the photos. 1) The bed was full, maybe queen. It felt kind of small for queen. Point is, it was not the king as described. Also, there was no box spring, so the perfectly good mattress was super firm. It was hard to sleep and I woke up sore all over. 2) Photos showed a washer and dryer in the 2nd bathroom. Nope. I only brought a few changes of clothes for a 2-week stay, anticipating doing laundry in the room. Had to have my girlfriend take our laundry to a service a couple blocks away. 500 a pop for expedited service / same day. Otherwise, it would have been cheaper to pick up in a few days (but what do we wear?) Breakfast. Restaurant had limited menu for hotel guest / coupons. OK selection I guess, but: Half the time they were out of bacon. Most of the selections have bacon, so only 3 selections on those days. We ended up using Foodpanda for better breakfast.

I have no idea how this place Has an 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. 6 is about what it really rates. The Good: Clean Quiet Kitchenette Fridge Microwave The Bad: HOT, humid elevators. No aircon in them. The lobby does have aircon though. The bed was hard, with a pronounced sag where the sleepers' hips would be. Very uncomfortable. The pillows were very hard as well. The aircon took almost 3 hours to cool the room to 25 degrees. Starting from 29 degrees when I checked in (I carry a thermometer with me when I travel). Most of the time, watching TV was impossible. Every few seconds it would black out with "Weak or no signal" message. The room safe does not work. The instructions are there, I followed them; multiple times. It did not reset for me to unlock and set the combo. I have used A LOT of these, so I know how they work. I also know how to read and follow instructions. The shower does not work. It is constantly on faucet mode. The knob the instructions say to use DOES NOT redirect the water to the overhead shower head the way it's supposed to. Had to 'shower' with a waist-level water faucet running. Not even a tabo bucket.

There is one staff member who stood out, and I hope he can be recognized by the management.

This is my second stay at KL. I liked my first stay (combination of spacious rooms, accessible location, reasonable rates) I decided to come back. I stayed in a unit with the loft...the unit was visually appealing but just OK. Spacious... yes. But I was underwhelmed. The bed was full size (was hoping for a queen)... though the staff was VERY helpful with my request for them to change the mattress...and they did so ASAP. The idea of having a 2nd floor in a hotel room sounds great (the pictures look good), but the working area in the loft can get warm since the cold air from the AC blows downward and settles there. It was not oppressively hot, just not comfortably cool, especially when working. A fan being available in the unit would have helped. Also, there were not enough well positioned outlets in the unit so hard to keep devices charged close by. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I liked that there were 2 baths in the unit since there were 2 of us. Would likely come back... but probably choose a different (single level) layout.

We've used KL Serviced Apartments many times through the years. The stand-out feature here is the excellent customer service from reception, bell hop and doormen. It's like coming home verytime we stay in KL! Coffee shop and bank are right next door, too.

日本語の説明があるのでとても良いです。リトル東京やグリーンベルトが歩いて行けるので立地もすごく良いです。
