Mactan Cebu Beach Condo

The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The biggest problem is check-in. Communication between the concierge, security, the agent & the property owner is nearly non-existant. I arrived at 1:30p for an early check-in & didn't get into a unit until 4:30p. I was offered a unit change due to issues with the wifi and didn't get into the next unit until 7:30p. After all of the wait time, the wifi was still horrible. The agent was very apologetic, but that didn't make up for the lost time.

I need my money be refunded. The cuando I booked was not available anymore. They told me when Im was getting to check in the property it's not available because the owner they are not own it anymore. I can't contact the host/ owner of they said property. I need to get my refund, and she need to take it down her condo property in Expedia website.

Well arrived and was asked the next morning for a deposit.. wish i had time to check condo before handing over.. no cutlery to eat greasy plate washing machine not working.. 3 days to get cutlery, took over a week to replace washing machine with another faulty one. I had bad tummy problems and needed the washing machine but could only use it once as the door would not open. Due to feeling unwell I needed the washer. But I was so fed up keep asking I left it. I did leave a few marks on the sheets which could not be helped.. They charged me some of deposit even though the marks would wash out. Never again would I use a Condo managed by EJB. So slow in putting things right.. They also told me the washing machine was only for long term residents. I have stayed in other condos here and always could use the washer.. The beach before was free to use for residents with a pass no longer the case you have to pay for the beach. The shower was also leaky going all over the floor which was also very slippy. Wont be back with EJB again.

Won’t be back. Concierge not helpful. Unit not as described. Air on dripping on floor, no hot water, loose floor tiles, cockroaches on counter. Gross.

Our week at this budget apartment was largely unsatisfactory. The lobby was the only clean area, with our room and hallways being dirty and smelling of smoke. We encountered large cockroaches in both the filthy stairs and our room. The sheets and towels were unclean, and upon arrival, the sink leaked and the refrigerator was broken. After multiple requests, these issues were eventually fixed. However, the kitchen door fell off upon opening, and we discovered a broken TV hidden among the garbage in the kitchen shelf. The kitchen also lacked essential utensils and cleaning supplies. There was no place to store luggage after checkout, and we had to constantly ask for basic information like the WiFi password. The saving grace was the well-maintained and enjoyable pool area. Despite its low cost, the overall experience was below expectations.

Such a fantastic home away from home

Expedia さんにもコメントしたいのですが、まず設備が写真と違いました。 写真にあったプールは隣のホテルのものでした。 壁が剥がれていたり、前の方のゴミは残っていたり、コンロは壊れていたり、部屋は埃だらけだったり、そもそも人が泊まるレベルの施設ではありませんでした。 娘が部屋に入ってから泣き止まなくやってしまい、あえなくホテルを変更しました。

Everything was good. The room came with lots of extras like plenty of towels, dishes, soaps and everything. We had a good time there. It's too bad that the pool was closed on mondays though.

We liked the property amenities, and close proximity to stores and restaurants. Regarding the room, hot water lasted about 3 minutes, and the shower needs a curtain as the floor outside of it gets dangerously wet and slippery!

Check in was not expecting us and the room offered was terribke so we had to switch. No customer service, no cleaning, you had to ask permission to use the pool and only had 2 hours in a set window, the beach was via a hotel you gad to get a permission slip from and was being concreted over - all in all i woukd NEVER stay here again and it spoilt my entire visit to Cebu!

The building had no name on display. Front desk security could not even confirm the location. I got there after midnight (of July 5th as a result of multiple airline delays), they had no record of my reservation. After an hour or so of confusion, and me standing in a lobby with my suitcase, a pregnant lady took my info and then led me to a room (Cluster 1 – 14 L). I was provided no room key. The room contained no bathroom supplies such as soap to take a shower. It also did not have a shower curtain. The door to the balcony did not lock and the balcony from the nearby room was so close that a person could easily move from one balcony to the next. That made me concerned for my safety. After it got late, I finally laid on the bed and collapsed as it had be a very long day. The next morning, when I still didn’t hear anything or any update after 10AM, I got my bag and went downstairs and found the desk and let them know I was leaving. I did see the same pregnant lady again and I informed her that I wasn’t able to take a shower there and I still was not provided a key. I called a taxi and went to another hotel and stayed there for the remainder of my 1st Philippines trip. After my trip, I tried multiple times to dispute the full charge conceding that I would pay for one night. I tried with the credit card company and with Expedia to resolve the situation but to no avail, I was charged for the entire 5 nights because of the Condo even after providing detail info/photos.

Property itself was very spacious with a very efficient kitchen area and large fridge. The CR was very nice but the only problem it did not have continuous hot water, and the water pressure was horrible. I ended up taking many cold showers for the week, also the Aircon in the master bedroom was very weak with lukewarm air coming out. They told me it was just fixed but apparently there still is a problem. Cable Television really not worth having because most of the channels you do not receive anyway, Wi-Fi worked OK and the couch was pretty decently comfortable. It had a nice table and chairs inside to eat at. But the location of getting to the room was a little cumbersome being I had to take one elevator cross over the floor and another elevator to get to tower C.The pool area was nice but it didn’t seem like the pool itself was maintained properly with chemicals because it seem to smell and look dirty all the time. The gym area was really basic with some of the machinery not even functioning and I would give it a rating of two out of five for the gym area. Overall I think it was a little overpriced. I could’ve did better for the price I paid 30,000 pesos for one week.

ホテル綺麗、子供の遊ぶ所あって良い家族９人で 行き2部屋取ったけどかなり離れた部屋になり、ホテルに話したとこ同じ階にしてくれた、とても良かった

Hard to find the right block in the estate, check in took quite a while. Place is not cleaned daily. Tele didn't work, or rather the system wasn't wasn't user friendly. Room had a funny smell.

I was guided to the room but still there was a person who stayed in the room the day before. Moreover, he smoked in a non-smoking room. After some time, cleaning was not over yet. And it was guided to a different low rank room at the same charge. There was no hot water in the shower. The kitchen was smelly. I will never stay here any longer. The response of female employees was also bad. One good point is the view from the pool. that's all
