It was a really great experience! Staff is very nice, helpful, efficient, and cheerful. They would assist for your needs and give suggection. Room equipment was great, unexpected that it got a water purifier in room and I love the open kitchen a lot.

Greenbelt 1 construction activities are ongoing from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your comfort. closed temporarily from 10-9-2024 to 31-1-2025.

Deposit Policy
Deposit PHP 0.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

We kindly request that children be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can attend to their needs.
* Parking Policy Parking is available 24 hours daily on a first come, first serve basis. Each room is entitled to one free parking slot, subject to availability. Please obtain your complimentary parking coupon at the concierge desk or reception before exiting.
* Complimentary welcome snacks and drinks (in-room), this is going to be upon check in only and will not be replenished during the guest’s stay.

Airport transfer is available for PHP 2,600.00/person.

I booked 2 rooms with a living room, since the moment we arrived, everything feels good. The rooms are just like the pictures they showed, the staffs are all so nice and know ur needs. The quality of Breakfast is very good. Lounge is also the same , very good, the service and the drink, snacks are better than the other hotels. Definitely will stay here again if visit Makati. Oh, and u can wash clothes in the living room.

pleasant in general, but wouldn't rate it 5star. the lobby is not appealing, hardly a place to sit to meet guests or lounge around for drinks before going up to the room. seats were simply lined up against the wall from the door to the concierge, like in train stations or clinics. could do better. great shopping location though.

My maid. (Male walked in us 2x when we were naked and had do not disturb light light. The pool was so full of chemicals my wife had to go to the dermatologist 6900 peso the food was mostly very average but the club level free food was terrible the charged me 4600 peso for early check in the room was not restocked. The last day when we were leaving after 1 week. The maid Rudolf actually cleaned are room well. But to little to late. The management the front seat and the people who run this place are out of touch. I would rather stay actosdvtgdd ed street for 1/2 the price. New World hotel or the four seasons i hear the hear tgdcShangri is nice but farther from the Green belt mall This hotel is a 2-3 and the is generous very expensive for what you get. Or in other words a rip off the lobby is small and hot over crowded and very uncomfortable!!
