when we arrived it was late around 9pm. the guard was friendly and he helped us checked in and help took our stuff in the rooms. He did mention he will open the aircon in room 32. and room 34 where my dad and step mum were in room 34. we paid for 2 queen bed and we received 1 double and 2 single. then they were moved to room 36 with 1 king bed and 1 double. aircon cooled the room quickly. my husband and i came back to the hotel after we were out for an hour and the room was still hot and not cooling. i went down stairs as theres no phone on the room. then spoke to the guard the room is not cooling. then i told him I will take a shower and when I come out and the room is still not cold we will have to move. then as predicted. I asked my husband and daughter they said they were sweating. so we moved to a new room in the 5th floor. we had to move rooms several times in total i saw 5 rooms. we were tired, they could have checked the messages if theres a new check in customer. Yes place is big. only 3 parking space available. staff are helpful with our stuff putting in the car when we left.

Very service minded staff and a very comfy bed which is very important. Netflix on the TV is also nice to have but I missed a small refridge in the room.

It was very noisy and hardly slept due to people in the reception and noisy staff
