Mc Hotel Fairview

They are charging me because I smoke in my room is that part legal? I know smoking is not good but I rent a room so it now a private room and it is not good how they treat their customers because of an order that is not fair I paid the room and I smoke now they are charging me 500 pesos just for a rule that was not explain to me properly is that fair? They said that there are notice not to smoke in the room so the notice must be noticeable for me not to smoke there they just want money not good customer service

Very accessible. Nice place and clean .. need to improvement bathroom though broken shower

Ok naman maganda at malinis sa loob, hindi lang maganda eh yung parking slot nila sa harap lang ng hotel nila.

stayed with my friends in a family executive room...had dinner in sm and spa beside jollibee, both are walking distance from the hotel.

no information in their room ..like number to dial if you need something and the signal of their wifi worst no signal at all ..and you need to wait in both ways to check in and check out...

Staff and crews were like didn't go under training. Then supposedly my free breakfast its already pass 10am did many followups but no breakfast was served. Poor service, untidy rooms/path and very stressful experience.

The place is clean. just beside 7/11, jollibee and sm fairview. just don't expect and demand too much for they only charge minimal rate for a 24hrs stay. but, make sure not to leave anything behind cause you got no chance of getting them back. My kid left her Hard drive attached at the back of the TV until we checked out. next day we tried asking and its a no show. Our fault really but cant trust the staff.

The receptionists and the front liners are not aware of assisting customers who booked via travel agents. they don't know or they are inconsistent with the free breakfast set. door keys are not working properly. aircon is not set on correct temp. rooms are not cleaned unless you tell them. towels are torn. full of misinformation from all front liners. wifi not working. no blankets at the hotel. CR is messy because water overflows from shower.

It has foul smell, dim lights for the comfort room, the price is not right for the room quality and value for money👎

The room was unclean and there were so many cockroach. Got problem with the key room. I don't think it deserve 3 star just because it's location is in front of mall

Does not have ambiance of a hotel, I thought I was entering a stock room going to the elevator. The place is poorly maintained, obviously elevator walls haven’t wiped or cleaned for decades. The room was so small, does not worth the price, no tissue paper, rusty leaking shower head and the doors birds eye was just plugged with tissue paper. The aircon was so noisy, can’t even sleep comfortably. No internet on their wifi and no slippers as shown in the photos. No foot rugs, the floor is sticky and disgusting. No comforter as requested on the booking and no apology of the unavailability if ever. Package inclusions were not confirmed or reminded

Dirty rooms and facilities with dead cockroaches on the floor. Our broom at home is even better.

my confirmed booking was for 1 night stay, 14:00 - 12:00. However, around 9am the reception kept calling me, saying that i should vacate the room since my time is up. they keep on insisting that i only paid 600 and that was for only 6 hrs

They forgot to clean the room twice. First, when we checked in. Then, second when we asked to clean the room. Floor is wet and dirty with hair everywhere.

The room is too small for a deluxe type. No WiFi connection due to unpaid utility bill.

The room has windows but no views, there are cockroaches on the toilet. The smell of the room was not relaxing. The room was clean so it was nice.

So bad with this hotel and I won't stay there together with my family and my child anymore ever and ever, the cockroaches is everywhere around corners and extremely dirty. I was called the front desk requesting the breakfast at 8.15am but delivered almost 10.30am with 3rd times called to front desk. The services very poor. I swear I wont be there anymore!

Although unsatisfied with the cable tv and wifi. Cannot connect. No emergency light and standby generator. Guest got stuck up in the elevator. Staff is friendly although there is one who is not accommodating

As usual..staffs esp. at front desk are nonprofessional, my room has no telephone. So I need to go down to remind them about the free. Breakfast, even told me that, the chef was not yet around.. Maybe come by around. Gave me time ..so I said I'll just wait please serve.. After how many hours of waiting! Nothing was serve. And I'll tell you like I am staying there like almost twice or triple a week. The only nearest hotel, that's why I was left no choice, better book other.
