It’s a total rip-off. We paid ₱3,600++ without breakfast but the room was very disappointing. It’s not as big as the one in Technohub but it was fine. What bothered me was the smell. It smelled like it wasn’t cleaned/sprayed for a long time. It smelled like a wet wood that got dried. Bed sheets and towels were worn-out. Necessities like shampoo/soap and toothbrush weren’t there when we arrived. We had to call the Front Desk. Bathroom looked clean but it smelled also. No trash bin inside the room. I’m not recommending this place.

For the deal I got for this hotel, it was worth the money. The room is spacious and beds are big and comfortable. Though near the road, the noise is not heard in the room. If I'll be meticulous, the wooden furniture look a little old but still functional. A little upgrading/beautifying will make the room perfect. But overall, we had a good stay.

Room was satisfactorily clean and spacious. I had problems with my air-conditioning unit since it’s was leaking. I had to call twice since it took around 30 mins to get someone to check it. Other than that it was a good stay overall.
