Very strict when it comes accepting visitors.

Great clean place to stay for a night and two,

It was ok, for just one night

The pool is way smaller than the photo indicates

Overall as always Pacific staff are friendly & accommodating but my guests said its hightime the bed foam/cushion should be replaced cause it has bumps already. Soft curtain shower should be put in the bathroom. Aircon has tugging noise in the room, but overall the place is a safe haven.

The staff is very good. Bed aheets should be cleaner. Need to fix the elevator and aircon.

Friendly staff and clean room; with clean pool

All the staff are friendly and accommodating. With Restaurant and juices store at the ground floor. So you have a dining options. Walkable to banks, pharmacy store, spa, jollibee, convenient stores, etc. where you can buy your everyday needs. Along the highway so transport is accessible. Only need to improve or replace the toilet tissue holder and should provide a rags or mat outside the bathroom.

Staff not so friendly

I like the location and the staff. The blankets and pillows are dirty

Location is convenient, but the beddings are dirty. There is no top sheet, only a dirty comforter which i believe was used by previous customer.

Excellent, pretty quiet place nice and clean room

It was nice. The staffs were really kind and nice. It is a good place for staycation as well especially if you just want to breathe from Home. It is very accessible to different banks, hospitals and restaurants and food trips to choose from.

The staff specially the housekeeping are all so friendly and nice. They are fast in acting upon upon your need. Liza the front desk officer is so courteous & friendly.

The stay is good.

Flexible hose for the shower wand broke..no replaxement parts available.. have to use several rubber bands to make it work.

We had a great time time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, it accessible to practically everything, shops, gym, laundromat, food chains, 24hr security, the pool is not as small as what it is in the picture, the staff are very friendly and helpful it is one of those hotels that you want to come back to again and again, I would every time I visit the Philippines.

In general, was a good experience. We were there coz we have an early morning appointment with the church (Cathedral Shrine of the Good Shepherd). Accessible. Many establishments within the vicinity. Not too busy area. However, the electric kettle was infested with ants. It might be from the previous people who stayed in the room and boiled noodles on the electric kettle. The rooms were comfortable and the building looks new. The people at the reception were also very accommodating and answered my questions.
