Have to clean the glasses in the bathroom

整體上算唔錯，員工禮貌好，早餐自助餐選擇都足夠，房間大小適中 有幾個扣分位，房間燈光偏暗，浴室去水位有輕微氣味，仲有兩個個人偏好因素扣分位，最後就係退房時要檢查房間，要在大堂等，這是正常有些酒店的程序，可是員工忘記了告訴我檢查完成沒問題，等了差不多30分鐘，自行過去問才知道

飯店地點緊鄰SM百貨，房間設㢮令人滿意。但委托飯店叫車時，要注意先問價錢，很貴！

在克拉克經貿地區的交通不是那麼方便，但飯店在SM商場旁邊而已，走路就可以到，所以位置非常好。 這間飯店在這一座城市是很新的，很舒適的，價格也不會太貴，服務人員都很熱情，住這裡感覺真的很好。

Right next to SM clark Mall.

Near SM Mall and short trip to Clark and Angeles city. About half price of 5 star hotels in Clark but close enough as a 4 star maybe 3.5. Spotty internet, not good for business back in U.S.

great king bed,mattress, very pristine white sheet and blanket!!! Going to make it a normal stop.

Rooms were immaculate and stuff were attentive. That’s my hotel whenever I am in AC.

Park Inn was a great hotel for us. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with variety each day; the menu varied day to day. The staff took very good care of us; they were very prompt to meet our needs. The staff knew our names. We were so pleased overall that we extended our stay for 5 days.

Courteous staff. Front desk staff was great, and specifically Aira took great care of our multiple requests.

I stayed at Park Inn for 6 days total split between two stays. The rooms were okay, bedding and sheets were clean but the bathrooms had mold in the tile and shower and seemed like the floors/walls weren't regularly mopped each time someone had checked out. Our 2nd room had a weird smell and we could see stains on the floor. Now for the positives, the food is good you can order and dine in in the restaurant 24/7. Also the employees are very nice and professional. The premier rooms have Japanese style bidets which is a huge plus. If the rooms were cleaner I would give this place a solid 5 stars.

Good location, just across SM City Clark. The staff are well mannered and friendly.

great staff, great location, breaksfast was amazing being next to the mall was great. Rooms are a little small but doable. Parking was good was given a pass to the mall parking and didn't have issues finding a spot. be sure you can back into a parking spot. BBQ and karoke by the pool was great. only issue is getting into the property as there is really only one car entrance. If you get there during traffic its frustrating

breakfast was amazing. Rooms were super clean a bit small but I think normal size for the philippines. Great BBQ at the pool. Staff was amazing. Cleaning staff front desk door attendants all very helpful. Proxmity to the mall was amazing. Only bad part is only one entrance and if you come during traffic good luck to you.

Not bad. Had to change rooms at first. Convieniant location. Steps frim the mega SM mall. The room we picked was a bit small and lighting was dim. Also towels did not smell or seem fresh.
