Had a very bad experience. Accommodation is very stinky and dirty. Supposed to be my first stay and booking through with app but had a terrible experience.

RedDoorz Calceta Cogon has a great location, conveniently near nearby malls. However, there seems to be a communication gap between Traveloka and RedDoorz, as the hotel staff didn't receive my request for an early check-in and early check out. This oversight led to additional charges for my 2-hour early check-in. The facility itself did not meet cleanliness standards. On a positive note, I appreciated the evening staff member who was very accommodating and friendly, though I forgot to get his name. Thank you for your kindness.

the staff was kind enough to transfer me to a room with a built in CR. I just stayed there for 4 hours and everything was okay.
