長灘島南灘標誌飯店

之所以當時使貴公司網站訂房，是因為當時網頁顯示該價格可免費無條件升等，貴公司價格一日約貴兩百台幣，但看到可升等於是訂了三晚，差價約七百多台幣，入住時發現並未升等，告知櫃臺，表示不瞭解貴公司網頁規定，維持原房型入住，覺得不值；旅館早餐為單點簡餐方式，選擇有限，也沒法飽足，如照片，另一個奇怪的規定是沙灘毛巾只限更換一次，原以為一日一次，但第二天更換時被告知要多付清洗費用，表示我們三天住宿一直要使用同一條毛巾，實在不衛生，也不合常理，抗議後免費更換一次，但已經不開心，第三日便沒有再更換毛巾，旅館在s3邊邊，交通不是很方便；另旅館其實有免費搭乘風帆的措施，但入住四天三夜完全未告知，最後一天在牆上發現有告示，但空有設施卻未為住客設想，甚至招呼，感覺虧大了，非常糟糕的經驗。

房間設備一般，沒有服務員打掃清潔房間，因我們入住4天，沒有一天來清潔。

Hey Jude is near the beach but a bit far away from the main road (8 mins-10 mins walk estimated). It is easier to walk back to hotel from white beach to this hotel via beach instead of main road.

滿意, 餐點與果汁優秀. 服務人員友善以及笑容滿分. 房間整潔與舒適度很好, 採光與房內燈光明亮.

舒适度和干净度还可以，就是房间比较小一点，这个倒是没什么问题，挺温馨的。服务人员人很好，很nice，积极帮忙拿行李，非常贴心的。地理位置离s2热闹的区域稍微远了一点，走路大概15分钟过去，其实也不算远，整个长滩都不大。唯一让我闹心的就是酒店的wifi，虽然表明说各处都有wifi，但是只有大厅信号好点，楼上基本上无信号，别说wifi信号了，就连我的国际漫游信号都没有~大厅虽然有wifi，但是经常掉线啊~~除了这个，其余的都挺让人感到舒服的~

They lied to even as we were checking in. They claimed the rooms had a Terrace. There is one Terrace on the top floor which is shared by everyone else staying on the top floor, the beach view from the room is nonexistent. You open your curtains to see roof tops of buildings next to the hotel. If you are lucky you might be able to get a glimpse of the water between the roof tops. We had booked a premiere room and nothing inside was premiere. Rooms were small and furniture outdated and beat up. Beware the website paints a different picture of what you are really getting. I can’t believe their Starr rating. I am thinking it was fake reviews posted by the people who work there. They would not let us cancel any of the three nights we booked, fyi we had booked two rooms for three nights. So we didn’t check out and went up the way and booked at the Astoria two rooms for 3nights. We went back on the 3rd day to checkout. We didn’t want these crooks getting double booking for these crappy rooms. I can go on how bad this place is but it doesn’t deserve this much advertising talking about it.

The view on the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was good with the exception of the ants. There were a lot of ants in our room. It's not something you can get rid of because they live inside the wood on the balcony. The access to this hotel is not very accesible, so be aware if you're travelling with kids. There's a 5-10 minute rough walk to the main road to ride the e-trike. If they do something about the ants and if you don't mind the decent walk to the main road. This would be a great choice for you.

Best side of Boracay as much quieter, nicer views, rooms where fine, very basic, but never spend to much time in the room, staff on the ball, overall no real complaints.

The location was amazing. I walked straight out o to the beach and it wasn’t very busy so I always had space to swim peacefully.

Front desk staff great . Clare . Glen . Lisette . Rooms just ok . Leaked water from ceiling and windows . Wet my shoulder bag . Air con didn’t work . Freezing cold and wouldnt switch off .
