Disappointed that hotel don't provide cup.

Hotel was neat and clean...staff were very friendly...only thing I don't like was the shower area too small.. water splash out the whole toilet after shower....

must recommended for this kind of hotel for staycation. all staffs are very hospitable and accommodating. complete all amenities like alcholo mask and gloves. I love to stay here.

The hospitality on this hotel is superb. They cater almost every demand of the guest . The hotel itself has its competitve ammenities on an competitive rates. Elavated standard of rooms compared to the other hotels on the same rate. To sum up. 5 starts to them

Accommodating staffs and clean rooms.

location wise, the place is great. but they don't even have electric kettle in the room, but do have an oven, which is less important anyway. and all three elevators don't work. there are hundreds of people, and two isn't enough.

Affordable with good room service.

Good place, cheap and nice staff, but don't expect to much when in room ya, because no glass and teapot 😂

Our stay feels good. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Staffs are very accommodating and sweet spoken.

My family checked on very late at 10.30pm. Upon checking with the guard, he seemed to know nothing about the reception area. The receptionist was average and just let me sign documents without explaining or briefing me pr my family members. Security deposit is paid, amounting to PHP1000.00. When ask for extra bed, pillow or blanket, the Receptionist takes her sweet time to check and will never provide feedback to you whether can or can not. A fee of PHP50.00 is paid for extra blanket and the person giving the blanket changed the price as she said she is not sure about it. There's flaw with the building construction, you can literally put your hand in between room's walls! And thus, you can hear the noise, commotion or private moment of your neighbours. The staff are not helpful, they talk in local dialect. And of course, do not want to refund the security deposit due to cigarette butt found in outside window. We have no idea who smoked it from upper floor and just throw it out! Our stay is stressful. I will not recommend it to others.

Being a hotel in University Belt, Skyloft Hotel offers a very young and hip hotel experience. It creates a very stylish impression from its vibe in the lobbies and brings it all home to the room. Great interiors especially in the bathroom with the elegant marble and the nice toilet fixtures. Room was cozy and comfortable—lots of storage, and equipment. The fews things that held me back was the slight fumes probably from the aircon when you first come in the room. There is also a clear issue of soundproofing as I can hear the banter from outside especially that I stayed across the linen room. Other than these, things. Everything was nice. Skyloft hotel gives your money great value. I give it a 8.9/10.

Overall I will rate our stay as unsatisfying because for those who are afraid of cockroaches, this is not the place for you to stay. There’s a lot of cockroaches inside the bedroom even inside the refrigerator.

We paid 3,000/night for our room with one queen sized bed. We checked in here since my breakfast will be taking the PLE near UST tom. We're so disappointed with their facilities. With a 3,000 room you have no closet and hangers but they have a microwave. Elevator is too hot with longer waiting time since their other elevator is not functioning. Also, they don't have a chair that's supposed to go with their table. They have chairs in the pictures. We called the front desk and said they'll check but maybe kust a split second they already called back and said there's no available chair. I mean, did they even check? I called and asked if we can borrow any iron they said there's none. Uhm, not worth the money, really. Poor service. The room also didn't smell good upon entering. Hope they improve their services or yet charge at a lower price. also it's very noisy. You can hear almost every sound from the streets

Our stay in Skyloft Hotel was exceptional. I didn't expect a good facility and service for a very affordable rate. There's only a problem with their elevators but aside from that everything was good. Highly recommended! Thank you!

There was only one elevator working ( of 3 total) for 32 Floors. The noise was very loaded. You hear noise from road and from the Roofdeck which plays very loud music.

Parking is not available, if available they ask you to pay 300 pesos parking fee. I can’t imagine it’s very expensive and usually it's free with other hotels. Air condition is very weak also with their WIFI. Only 1 elevator is functioning so you need to wait for 16 minutes for you to come down.
