3歳と1歳の子どもと家族4人でsuperior garden premium room に宿泊しました。 大小さまざまなスライダー、プレイエリア付きのプールで一日中遊び、レストランでご飯を食べ、大満足です。 ホテルスタッフはみんな親切で、哺乳瓶や水筒も頼むと洗ってくれました。レストランのご飯は量が多いので要注意です。朝食ビュッフェも種類が多く、子どももワッフルやパンケーキなど、飽きずに食べられました。 プールサイドで毎日新しいタオルが3枚もらえること、それぞれの階にウォーターサーバーがあること、とても助かりました。部屋にも毎日飲料水を補充してくれます。子どもがうっかりお水のボトルを割ってしまい、500ペソ請求されました。ガラスだったので子どもは注意が必要です。 バスルームの水は海水の味がし、シャワーは夜は水圧が弱かったりお湯が出なかったりしましたが、そこまで大きな問題ではありませんでした。 バルコニーがついていて、水着などが干せました。ベビーベッドも無料で貸してくれましたが、固いベッドの底に畳んだシーツを置いただけでした。以前別の国でも同じようにベビーベッドがセットされていたことがあり、海外ではこれがスタンダードなのでしょうか。日本人からするとマットがほしいと思ってしまいました。 ホテルの敷地をでた目の前に韓国のものが多く売っているコンビニのようなお店がありましたが、その他子連れで歩いていける範囲には特にお店はありませんでした。近隣にいるバイクタクシーかgrabで移動が必要ですが、数百円で移動できます。 ホテルから、SM Seaview shopping mall、the outlet mallまでは無料でシャトルバスがあり便利ですが、土日はすぐに余ってしまうので早めの予約が必要です。 全体を通して、ホテルステイを楽しむつもりで行ったので、大満足なホテルでした。 細かい点など、子連れの方に参考になれば嬉しいです♪

陽台景色無敵，水量正常，水溫偏低但還能接受(菲律賓水準)，押金一晚2000(不太懂押金跟住幾天為何有關係)，入住手續約10min(符合菲律賓速度) 飯店附近什麼都沒有，建議適合只待在飯店耍廢的人 缺點： 1.兒童遊戲室看起來很不錯，但因為只能玩30分鐘(住一天跟兩天都一樣)， 然後就要加錢，所以一個小孩都沒有，有沒有這麼吝嗇 一般飯店設施不是都無限用？ 2.迎賓飲料不怎樣 3.房間螞蟻多 但整體來說瑕不掩瑜，為了水樂園來住兩晚，是值得的 7767NTD/2晚，對比飯店設施，我覺得很超值

Facility Notice
Iron Man 70.3 will commence on Aug 07 at Mactan Newtown. There will be road closure which will affect guest's coming in and going out of the hotel from 4am to 2pm. Please be guided accordingly closed temporarily from 7-8-2022 to 7-8-2022.

Deposit Policy
Deposit PHP 2,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

While our hotel remains a preferred choice of many families and business travelers alike, these constructions will allow us to deliver the increasing demands of the tourists and local guests.
We apologize for any inconvenience during the construction period. We will exert all efforts to lessen noise and offer our sincerest thanks for your patience and support.
Construction schedule will be from 08:00AM-5:00PM.

In these challenging times, we are committed to provide various precautions to protect our guests and in line with current medical and public concerns, there have been new processes and changes to operations in response to COVID-19. Below are the actions we enacted to ensure the health and safety of our guests

*Nouveau Spa and Happy Pebbles will be closed starting March 22, 2020
*Gym operating hour will be changed to 7AM to 7PM
*All swimming facilities will operate from 8AM to 8PM
*Dinner buffet schedule (started last March 16, 2020)
*Monday to Thursday, unlimited plated salad, soup, appetizers, main courses and desserts
*Friday to Sunday, Buffet will be served
*Solea Mactan Lobby Bar, closed starting March 18, 2020
*Sandy Point, closed starting March 18, 2020
*Melt Bar, already closed since February 15, 2020

酒店是小朋友自己選的，看中的是它的充氣水上樂園。酒店整體親子設備完善，小朋友很開心。水上樂園浴巾有點髒，房間一般，可接受。第一晚分配到的房間離雞舍很近，雞一直叫很吵。第二天酒店幫忙換了房間，好多了。酒店客人很多，本來我們希望酒店幫忙接機，但遲遲得不到回覆。比較難叫Grab，外賣也需要出去拿，有點不方便，不過也許這也保障客人安全吧。整體0-10分，我給7分。

Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain.

プールと水上アスレチックで子供を遊ばせたいと思いソレアマクタンリゾートに宿泊を決めました。 プールの水は、日本とは違い少し濁った色をしていました。それは、フィリピンという事でしょうがないと思える範疇。 水上アスレチックの下に付いている苔が、剥がれ水面に沢山浮いていたり、アスレチックの空気が抜けていて遊べない部分あり。プールの底もぬるぬるしている。 子供達はそれでも、水上アスレチックで楽しく遊んでいました。 休憩中に借りていたライフジャケットをチェアーに置いて、少し席を外したら、他の客？スタッフ？が勝手に持っていってしまったらしく、アスレチックで遊べなくなりました… ここまでは、海外クオリティと思い我慢が出来ました。 しかし、プールから出て部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出ない。ほぼ水で冷たすぎる。 シャワーの水は、海水なのでは？目が染みる、ベタベタする。しまいには、シャンプーで泡だらけになっている時に、元々弱い水圧のシャワーの水が止まる。 家族にウォーターサーバの水を何度も汲んできてもらい、泡を流して何とかしました。 シャワーは本当に酷かったです。 せっかく、プールや水上アスレチック、ビーチなど楽しい施設があるのに、シャワーが壊滅的に酷すぎる。 レストランの食事は美味しかったが、提供時間が掛かりすぎでした。後から来た人達が先に料理を提供されていたり、同じメニューを２つ頼んだのに１つが全然来ないなど。 小さい子供達を待たせておくのが大変でした。 もう一度このホテルに行くかと言われたら、行かないかなぁという感想です。

A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area.

We chose Solea because we were visiting relatives that live nearby. We didn’t come for the water park facilities but my children enjoyed the infinity pool and the beach. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Our room faced the adjacent neighborhood so we were serenaded by bad karaoke in the evening and roosters crowing in the morning. It didn’t bother us. We knew it was all part of the experience.

The hotel was ok. It has alpt pf tourist but its the pool and the amenities we ee looking forward to this hotel. They serve their purpose and we had a great stay. Although the food in the buffet is fast empty. Ad they have no time to refill some. Th pizza dont taste good but thry have many filipino food to choose that was good.. the location is very far from the center. Its very isolated . The beach area was not my favorite. I dont dare to swim. But they have a waterpark which was good for my kids.

Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain.

プールと水上アスレチックで子供を遊ばせたいと思いソレアマクタンリゾートに宿泊を決めました。 プールの水は、日本とは違い少し濁った色をしていました。それは、フィリピンという事でしょうがないと思える範疇。 水上アスレチックの下に付いている苔が、剥がれ水面に沢山浮いていたり、アスレチックの空気が抜けていて遊べない部分あり。プールの底もぬるぬるしている。 子供達はそれでも、水上アスレチックで楽しく遊んでいました。 休憩中に借りていたライフジャケットをチェアーに置いて、少し席を外したら、他の客？スタッフ？が勝手に持っていってしまったらしく、アスレチックで遊べなくなりました… ここまでは、海外クオリティと思い我慢が出来ました。 しかし、プールから出て部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びるとお湯が出ない。ほぼ水で冷たすぎる。 シャワーの水は、海水なのでは？目が染みる、ベタベタする。しまいには、シャンプーで泡だらけになっている時に、元々弱い水圧のシャワーの水が止まる。 家族にウォーターサーバの水を何度も汲んできてもらい、泡を流して何とかしました。 シャワーは本当に酷かったです。 せっかく、プールや水上アスレチック、ビーチなど楽しい施設があるのに、シャワーが壊滅的に酷すぎる。 レストランの食事は美味しかったが、提供時間が掛かりすぎでした。後から来た人達が先に料理を提供されていたり、同じメニューを２つ頼んだのに１つが全然来ないなど。 小さい子供達を待たせておくのが大変でした。 もう一度このホテルに行くかと言われたら、行かないかなぁという感想です。

3歳と1歳の子どもと家族4人でsuperior garden premium room に宿泊しました。 大小さまざまなスライダー、プレイエリア付きのプールで一日中遊び、レストランでご飯を食べ、大満足です。 ホテルスタッフはみんな親切で、哺乳瓶や水筒も頼むと洗ってくれました。レストランのご飯は量が多いので要注意です。朝食ビュッフェも種類が多く、子どももワッフルやパンケーキなど、飽きずに食べられました。 プールサイドで毎日新しいタオルが3枚もらえること、それぞれの階にウォーターサーバーがあること、とても助かりました。部屋にも毎日飲料水を補充してくれます。子どもがうっかりお水のボトルを割ってしまい、500ペソ請求されました。ガラスだったので子どもは注意が必要です。 バスルームの水は海水の味がし、シャワーは夜は水圧が弱かったりお湯が出なかったりしましたが、そこまで大きな問題ではありませんでした。 バルコニーがついていて、水着などが干せました。ベビーベッドも無料で貸してくれましたが、固いベッドの底に畳んだシーツを置いただけでした。以前別の国でも同じようにベビーベッドがセットされていたことがあり、海外ではこれがスタンダードなのでしょうか。日本人からするとマットがほしいと思ってしまいました。 ホテルの敷地をでた目の前に韓国のものが多く売っているコンビニのようなお店がありましたが、その他子連れで歩いていける範囲には特にお店はありませんでした。近隣にいるバイクタクシーかgrabで移動が必要ですが、数百円で移動できます。 ホテルから、SM Seaview shopping mall、the outlet mallまでは無料でシャトルバスがあり便利ですが、土日はすぐに余ってしまうので早めの予約が必要です。 全体を通して、ホテルステイを楽しむつもりで行ったので、大満足なホテルでした。 細かい点など、子連れの方に参考になれば嬉しいです♪

A lot of options in terms of what to do in the property. They have multiple pools and an inflatable obstacle course. The beach area is well maintained and they have a decent size beach front compared to other resorts in the area. The buffet is great they have good selections of food ranging from Filipino , Korean, American food etc… The room price is very competitive if not one of the most affordable in the area.

Too many trip hazard . Water everywhere easily to slip over Over populated with guest Seating queuing up to eat People holding tables too long instead off moving Children around food areas containing food not using clean glasses and there used plates to re serve themselves

We chose Solea because we were visiting relatives that live nearby. We didn’t come for the water park facilities but my children enjoyed the infinity pool and the beach. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Our room faced the adjacent neighborhood so we were serenaded by bad karaoke in the evening and roosters crowing in the morning. It didn’t bother us. We knew it was all part of the experience.

They have pools but walkway are very slippery because there are no carpet on the floor. It will be a lawsuit if someone gets hurt.

The hotel was ok. It has alpt pf tourist but its the pool and the amenities we ee looking forward to this hotel. They serve their purpose and we had a great stay. Although the food in the buffet is fast empty. Ad they have no time to refill some. Th pizza dont taste good but thry have many filipino food to choose that was good.. the location is very far from the center. Its very isolated . The beach area was not my favorite. I dont dare to swim. But they have a waterpark which was good for my kids.
