Stone House Hotel Pasay

First of all walang available twin bed. Pangalawa toiletries will be given upon request such as toothpaste, soap and toothbrush etc. We requested at night but had to call reception again in the morning since no one took action. Then room has mosquito and flies. Then upon check out very hassle. Our pick up was there already but they won't less us go till one of their staff check our room. Okay lang yung food masarap naman tsaka mabait yung mga staff sa restaurant. Reception and Housekeeping -10000/10000. Restaurant and Kitchen 10/10.

Staff is accommodating, clean rooms and facilities

This place so far was very good. I stayed at room 408 for initially 1 night, and had to extend another day without any hassles. The weak light in my bathroom was replaced immediately, and the rest was all good. They have a small restaurant downstairs that serves good food and the staff were also very accommodating. The location is walking distance to the train station and a bit away from the noise. I got the best price for a private room with bathroom. Highly recommended for those that needs to stay close to the airport.

The place is clean, the staff is very helpful and welcoming guest. I am solo traveller.. And special thanks to ate Evelyn for your hospitality and help us keep the bed and cr clean. I will use this hotel service again when I back in manila. keep up the good job.

The staff are friendly and environment is quite good, however, the room itself is quite suffocating because of lack of ventilation. They should at least put ventilation per room. I had a hard time sleeping during my stay.

The hotel crews were nice and accommodating.

I want to book again before I leave Philippines, its very nice location, near airport, cheap hotel yet very elegant, near MRT and LRT. Near also baclaran. Staff very accommodating and also the restaurant staff is good.Clean and nice place. At the back of this hotel is a sister company. They have pool, the staff also there is very nice. My auntie reserved one room there with his husband since stone house that day is fully booked. Thank you my friend for recommended this hotel..

The hotel have a good location but the rooms are very small and old... they need a reservation!

This hotel has very good location as it is accessible to the MRT/LRT stations and there is a terminal for airport buses nearby. However, for my 4 days/3 nights stay, I was placed on the top bunk (dormitory type room) even though I kept asking to be put on the lower bunk if ever it becomes available. Also, on my 3rd day, I had bed bug bites on my body. I thought I had allergies but it was due to bed bugs.

too noisy, specially the vehicles and the aircon no wifi. but the hotel its good and clean.

I forgot my powerbank and charger at the information desk.

The food were price reasonable. We are at 5th floor & the elevator is not functioning so we had to walk by stairs. They don't even lend help for our baggages.

I was told that I booked for a room with common toilet which is not so I asked to recheck. She asked again for my ID then I was told that I am booked for Oct 30 so again I'm shocked. Then she realized that she was looking at someone else booking.
