Awesome Staff

What saved this stay from being a disaster were two elements: The young man who appeared to be the manager, McCoy, was friendly and tried hard to be helpful. And the resort does have a very nice pool, which is open to the public at a modest fee, but that complicated the stay because it is a facility that is locked behind a steel gate when the pool is not in use. The room was spartan, and on both the first and fourth nights of my stay I had to kill a very large roach (the kind we called palmetto bugs in Florida). It also would have been nice to have a topsheet, blanket or comforter on the bed, not just a sheet. And ants. Not enough to be a major nuisance, but quite a few very small ants were around the table in the room. On a scale of 1-to10, I'd give the place about a 4, again because the manager was helpful and the pool really was very nice.

staff are (receiving area and bellboy ) arrogant, no wifi inside the room,the bed sheets were not changed that we requested nw sheets and pillowshets(foul dirty sheets and smell pomade) ,and the faucet is not working in the lavatory in a very small room.

The only good thing about the room was the air conditioning was functional. The room was cramped, the door lock was the kind you'd find in a cheap hardware store ad easily broken into by a determined thief. We decided to keep our luggage with family nearby just to be safe. There was a huge gap between the door and the floor, so any bug that wanted in could get in. The doors were also thin, so sound from the nearby street could get in easily as well whenever a tricycle or loud jeepney passed by. Wi-Fi was not accessible from the room. The bed was small and creaky. The TV only had local channels--no cable. There's a coffee maker, but no plug on the wall near its location, so you'd have to put it on the floor. Also no coffee mix or water provided, so I'm not sure what the coffee maker is even for...

No descent food you can order if you are hungry...just only junk foods they offer

Website said it had WiFi in room but was actually not available,, also was a two floor room and only had a/c on second floor. Would not stay there again.

Great Staff , room was basic , thats all i needed

The hotel is near the highway and has a large pool. But uon arrival you can smell a foul odor and the vicinity was not very clean. Shower room has no curtain so the whole restroom was soaking wet. There was a large breadcrumb by the door which was full of ants but no one bothered to clean .

Large cockroaches and ants in room made it uncomfortable! Room was clean but tv was not working and they would not fix it. Finally moved to different room after 3 nites. Some staff were rude and not helpful. Won't stay there again!

The experiences at check-in and the room itself was so bad I signed out the same night I arrived and lost the money for two nights stay. No WI-Fi in the rooms only near a small area by the pool. Do not believe the pictures of the Deluxe Room it was a joke compared to the website photos. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I booked the V Resort because I wanted to take my three girls there (ages 4, 9, and 13) to the swimming pool. The swimming pool was the big highlight. They loved it on Sunday. When they went back the next day, the guard told them the pool was closed for painting! I FOUND THIS INEXCUSABLE !!!! Will someone please tell me how I can explain that the management of the V Resort outright lied to me about the pool? What should I tell my girls? When I booked the room, the resort was very willing to give me the reservation and take my money. In fact, I had to pay a premium because I had so many children. I didn't have a problem paying the premium. I had a huge problem with the lies the management told me implicitly by accepting my money and then closing the pool. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You never know if they are telling you the truth or lying. My advice is very, very simple: STAY AWAY. You may wind up paying for something they will not deliver. Only the guard will tell you at the last minute and management will not even apologize. Forget it. This place is a SCAM. If the management had left the swimming pool open the second day, I would have given it a very good rating. And if horses had wings, they could fly. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!
