Very friendly staff and room was clean. Although we were transferred from Escarpment to Hillcrest :/ and I requested for a non-smoking room but there were ashtrays in the room assigned.

as a solo traveler, its awesome and great always to feel secured but comfy also on a home level experienced which makes my time even more pleasurable and meaningful

Had booked here via my app, an overnight stay, Feb 7-8, 2020, I was impressed by the photos on the apps, that says select room, so I expected that this is same room we will check in, but so disappointed that VC gave us basement room, a big difference from the photo, but then ok, we didn't ask! Just stay we thought maybe photo for advertisement only. But worst! there is a kind of foul smell in the room that comes from the CR, it will really make your stomach feels to vomit, I don't understand what that's foul smell! So what we did after check in and took a nap we go out to stay in the mall to have fresh air and went back around 9pm, hoping the foul smell gone. But became worst! I want to tell to the service desk but my companion told me never mind we will just check out early (he is just kind and don't want to argue), our supposed time to check out around 5-6am had been 2-3am because we can't stay long. Poor us, instead to relax and enjoy, all we had experience is stomach ache that leads to vomiting, head aches because of no sleep and tiredness because of uncomfortable stay. VC, please respect your guest and make them feel your concerns. Be true to your advertisement and please do something about that foul odor in your basement room. Poor us to experience this! Hope this will not happen again to your other guest

It was a good experience for us. Although it's really for romantic getaway, me and my sister enjoyed staying there. It was a nice and private room. It was the nearest hotel to my sister's friend house in Pasig.

Good place to relax, the place was great the staff were very accommodating. English barok .. haha

They helped us with our needs such as hot water, putting my dessert on their fridge, cleaning our room. Hope they have white light on there dresser mirror though, everything was great!

The place was good and relaxing with however customer service when calling to order food seems like in a hurry always not verifying the order. For our dinner I ordered rainy season food that has rice and juice already but was served for ala carte. Ended calling again to ask for the rice and drinks and ask for ice. After waiting for 30 minutes ended calling again to remind for the missing rice and drinks. Thankfully it has arrived still no ice :( but overall it was ok.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the room itself was showing its age. air-conditioning took a few hours to cool down the room. Water pressure was very weak. Cable TV was unavailable until the next day before check out.
