維福瑞飯店

我這次是入住商務套房，房間非常寬敞且乾淨，兒童室內遊戲間我家小孩特別愛（但空調蠻冷的）。 泳池不太，在室外，我入住時剛好是陰天，所以水是涼的，但還算乾淨。 美中不足的地方是飯店電梯，只有三台且不大，遇到尖峰的退房時間，電梯確實是要等很久。

Water temperature of shower was not stable, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold Water pressure at the tap was really weak

The staffs are very courteous. But the room is not spotless, we have problems with air conditioners and the shower head.

The room is clean & spacious the only thing is the shower did not have hot water, have to dress up to call the desk for issue. Problem has been avoidable if room need to check prior to guest expected that water heater is ready when use

샤워기가 너무 맘에 안들었어요. 5성호텔이라는데 이게 맞는지 싶은 상태였죠. 가격 생각하면 전체적으로 나쁘진 않습니다만 5성급호텔이라 생각하고 가시면 실망할 수 있어요.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were lovely, more than happy to help and serve in the best way that only they can. They epitomise Filipino hospitality and are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The upgrade to the Penthouse suite for my mother and father-in-law who also stayed with us was an amazing and thoughtful touch - completely unprompted - and is exceptional. I have never experienced this in all my time flying and staying in hotels, and my respect goes out to everyone who made that happen for them. I will certainly stay here again, as will my parents (who also stayed here! And I am currently still here until next week!) It is a sentiment shared by all. I cannot recommend this place any more highly. Indeed you should make a point to visit!

The staff are so respectful.

Sadly it is not possible to have anything from 10:00 am to 4 PM. Would be nice to have a sandwich or cup of coffee. A lunch would also be appreciated to be ble to get

Great location and excellent customer service. The Vevere team is the one to beat. Love also the experience dining over the weekend in the Nest. Excellent food and band.

The hotel is located centrally in Alabang with two great restaurants - the Nest on the rooftop and Shogun on the groundfloor. Nice views over Laguna.

The hotel is good located in Alabang .... easy accessible by car. Has two great restaurants- The Nest with great dinner choices and craft beer and the Shogun a nice zjapanese restaurant. Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit outdated otherwise a top choice.

The breakfast on the top floor is amazing.

Love the roof top restaurant :)
