Typical hotel: Breakfast buffet is nice. Food’s great. Are there any ac’s installed inside the dining hall? Because it felt hot (not the heat from the frying or cooking area where chef’s are preparing. But I meant - hot as in like we’re in a heater) and I asked my friend earlier if he’s feeling the temp of the room or was it just me and my assumptions but he confirmed, he also felt hot while eating. Pool area badly needs cleaning and renovation. Interior of the room should also be considered. We were given incomplete toiletries. And some towels aren’t that clean. No bath robes given. Staff are friendly especially the housekeeping department. We encountered problems with the AC and tv, the same staff who attended to our needs, they are providing excellent service and we had a happy chitchat with them. Front office team and security should lighten up a bit when it comes to the mood. They were all serious faces most of the time and are not looking at their guests in the eyes. Feels like murmuring because their voices aren’t that loud enough. One female chef caught my attention she was stationed I guess at the pastries? She was happily looking out for her guests and all smile to serve them.

Great for staycation...

My husband and I stayed at a deluxe room with double bed for one night and we love the fact that the aircon is so cool and the bathroom is so clean. We also love the fact that you do not have to wait for ten minutes or so before the water in the shower becomes hot (qe are not fans of cold shower). Most importantly, I love the smell of the room when I walked in.

Parking space need to be upgraded badly

Surprised to see old overused darkened white towels and sheets. I had a stay at their deluxe premium twice in the past weeks and the deluxe room service felt like some cheap hotel.

The pool needs renovation and cleaning. Some of the staff are not courteous. The place though is near to food chains, malls, convenience stores and transportation. Overall it was a good stay

Manila Doctors' OPD post eye surgery Discomfort was almost unnoticeable because of the awesome and convenient rest at manila pavilion. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It is great as always! was upgraded to a deluxe premium room and was given an early check in privilege as I arrived a bit early.

Clean hotel and great food. the chapel is wonderful.

We stayed here in 2011 and we noe see the big difference due to renovations. How much did we love our stay here? So much that we extended our stay. We were allowed to stay in our room using the new voucher we purchased. So glad we chose this hotel.Food in Seasons is still very good, smell of the hotel is fairly new, bathrooms are clean, carpet is clean, bed is superb, WiFi is good. Maybe just improve the door so it would not keep on banging.By the way, service is OK but still can be improved on.Obviously, some employees love their job more than others as can be observed through their smiles,greetings, and genuine joy in welcoming guests.I'm sure this will be remedied once all renovations and restorations are done.I'm so excited to see how things will turn out for this hotel since it's 100% Filipino-owned.I hope it will shine again and be brought back to its former glory.I'm actually considering having our renewal of vows in its quaint and kind-of European chapel on the 5th floor.
