L'appartement est situé dans un complexe immobilier très récent en pleine restructuration et revalorisation, proche du centre-ville, de commerces (Żabka à 50 m, Bio Family, McDonald's, Biedronka) et des transports en commun. Actuellement, à cause des travaux routiers et d'immeubles en construction, les GPS ne le localise pas correctement. Il est très bien aménagé, pourvu d'équipements récents de qualité et est agréable à vivre. En sous-sol, l'emplacement de parking privatif est un bel avantage. L'ajout d'un ventilateur ou d'un air-conditionné, le rendrait encore plus confortable surtout lors de fortes chaleurs comme celles que j'ai eues durant mon séjour (30 à 35 °C). Spacieuse, la douche à l'italienne devrait -être pourvue d'un rideau douche ou d'une paroi pour éviter, après chaque utilisation, la corvée de nettoyage due aux projections d'eau.
