週末晚上超慘！晚上當地人（波蘭人）會聚在一起超級大聲的聊天、喧嘩、尻菸、喝酒，一路吵到早上七點，不誇張就是晚上七點到早上七點！不用睡！櫃檯不會鳥你！

整体不错，服务也比较贴心。周边吃饭不是太方便

服务挺好，发传真、打印很方便。网络也很好。只是房间硬件条件一般，没有大床，是两个单床拼的。交通还方便，虽然离市中心远，大约7-8公里，搭公交车116路到老城广场，501到火车站都很方便，20-3-分钟车程即到。

Large and mediocre level hotel. Check ins and outs were very smooth. But I'd still say the reception staff were slightly below average. Room was perfectly clean and spacious. The two things in the room that had some issue were toilet seat and AC. In the end the "problem" with toilet seat probably was just that they are so much better in Finland than in Poland (the flush was whenever whatever and very seldom enough, so you had to soon re-flush) AC seemed to be inadequate but you could keep windows open and sleep in humane conditions. (The other evening there was noise from the neighboring hotel's restaurant but it completely ended at midnight) Depressing signal of ever-weakening customer service everywhere in general was that hotel's hotel info could be read only by loading yet another stinking "app" - That is overlooking and customer disservice and if there would be two hotels with exactly the same price and value I'd pick the one that has booklet of hotel info in the room. Either a minibar or small fridge in a room would be very cool! The breakfast was inexpensive and well worth the money.

It wasn’t air conditioner in the room, very hot at the night, blanket was warm like for winter time, no outlets next to the bed, no possibility comfortable charge phone.

Standard of toilet and bad not in good condition, exhaust not working area of WC was very narrow and not bequem, shower was not good Besen was broken Location is super, public transport is very near, breakfast is elegant and service also very good

La camera aveva un odore sgradevole molto probabilmente a causa della moquette. Il terzo letto era un letto pieghevole molto scomodo. Probabilmente la struttura ormai vetusta non merita più 3 stelle. Buona la posizione con i mezzi pubblici e facilità di spostamento a tutte le ore.

Pleasant hotel, staff mostly polite and helpful

Nice basic level hotel. Parking place was not so good but I got last spot.

We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

Todo bien en el hotel pero la limpieza de cuarto nunca la hicieron y el servicio de café no hubo, la toallas no las cambiaron, en limpieza reprobados.

Good location and really nice staff.

The room was outdated, low quality bedding and linen. The A/C didn't seem to work, the room was generally uncomfortable. The staff spoke the bare minimum but maybe it was due to different languages. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was delicious.

Great stuff, clean, close to transportation and shopping facilities

Breakfast is excellent, the room I stayed in was great. The noise from the construction beside the hotel but is adorable.
