Fint,stilig, rent,Wifi på rommet. Serviceorientert høflig personell. 3 min gågange til Terma Bania/badeland. God mat (frokost, middagsbuffé). 5min til bussholdeplass.Det tar ca. 45 min til Zakopane.
Ikke aircondition på rommet, ikke speil, ikke søppelbøtte på rommet. Felles kjøleskap,microbølgeovn, kopper, vannkoker og te/kaffe i gangen. En del støy hvis noen lager mat om natten og en har rom i nærheten.
Vårt opphold var reservert og betalt lenge i forveien men det viste seg at hotellet fikk ikke betaling. Opplevde mye stress for å finne ut hva som skjedde, ved utsjekking var det framdeles uklart om oppholdet var betalt. Opplevde også at ved betaling med kredittkort ønsket bankterminal å skrive hele kortnummer. Så det var en del uvanlige, unødvendige hendelser under oppholdet. Godt å ha litt kontanter. Vi fant ikke minibank i bygda, men den fant vi på toppen av Czarna gora fjell, og i Zakopane.
Flix buss kjører fra Krakow og helt til "døren", stoppested heter Bialka Tatrzanska. Kan bestilles på nettet.
Ellers det er et veldig rolig sted med fin natur, ren luft.

Excellent location for hitting the slopes, approximately 200 metres.
The breakfast selection was vast and varied, we had our evening meal too which was a basic buffet although my picky 14 year old would have liked to heve seen more chicken nuggets and chips which they do not do, its traditional. No matter though as food in the resort is so cheap you can just get a snack later if required.
Bedrooms are spacious and warm.
Ski and equipment store was very good and ensured warm boots in the morning.
The staff do speak a English ok and we didn’t have any issues communicating with them.
There are lots of hunting prizes around the building, it is a hunting lodge after all but if taxidermy is really not your thing you won’t like it.
We loved it and would definitely come back.
