G12 公寓飯店

位於城區內的特色住宿，車輛須停城區外對於自駕遊較不方便，公寓大廳老舊 房內清潔尚可但設備維護不佳，訂了兩間房，一間吹風機故障另一間冷氣遙控器沒電，退房後忘了東西想詢問狀況寫信給代管單位是得不到回覆的，沒有櫃檯這點需要房客自己注意

If you want to stay right in the heart of the city then this small (very small) accommodation option is worth a look at. Beware early checkout!

Hårda sängar. Mycket ljud från gatan. Super centralt. Bra ac.

Ett bra rum med litet kylskåp. Stort badrum med bra dusch. Rummet låg mkt centralt till torget och alla restauranger. Läget vqr utmärkt. Sängen var mkt hård och det köndes som att det saknades en madrass. Kuddarna var som en påse ludd. Men bortsett från sängen var det mkt bra

Room was clean, tidy, had TV\Fridge\AirCon, also had kettle and tea\coffee making facilities. Downside was the bathroom sink was blocked and took a very long time to drain away. The shower had no hot water either. The tea\coffee only catered for one cup of tea\coffee per person on the first day. Didn't have any more for the rest of the stay. Storage location for luggage was also a 15minute walk away from the apartment\hotel. Automated email for check-in was scary, because you only got the check details an hour before, so you were always nervous about whether they'd come through or not. With my mobile phone battery running low due to using maps to find a) where the the hotel was in the first place, and b) where the the luggage storage was. We had to manage battery life until we finally received check in details.

Very clean. And good location

Great location and easy check in. There was a bad smell in the bathroom but it was fine when we kept the bathroom door closed. The photos were a little deceiving. We thought our room was going to be bigger. Overall very happy with our stay.

Couldn’t get a better location. So easy to check in independently. Rooms spotless. Iron was broke but was fixed within a few hours of texting the 24/7 service number. Cannot fault this accommodation for the price. Would recommend and would stay again

me toco el tercer piso escaleras muy inclinadas yo recien operado de la columna lumbar y hace 3 años de la rodilla izquierda y subir con todo y maletas sin elevador es la muerte

La ubicación es excelente a sólo una cuadra de la plaza principal. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y actual. Lo único es que no encontramos elevador y nos tocó hasta el piso 3 que fue súper pesado subir y bajar con nuestro equipaje.

Perfekt placering

We picked this hotel for its location, and that was amazing. We were in the center of the town square. BUT thats the only plus. The room was TINY and smelled like sewer all day, every day. The room was located on the 5th fl with no elevator. We travelled with small kids and 1 child has a health condition so the stairs really took a toll on him. The room received was not the one on the picture. The room really needs to be updated. The room was not expensive to I understand, but the smell of raw sewage was unacceptable.

L’appartement était très bien situé tout près de la grande place de la vieille ville. Le seul problème était que la fenêtre donnait sur la rue et qu’on y faisait un boucan invraisemblable TOUTE LA NUIT!!! Sans arrêt. Des cris, des fous rires, et encore, même à 3 ou 4 heures du matin. Impossible de dormir.

No luggage room

Otroligt bra läge precis vid torget. Nära till allt. Enda jag kan klaga på att att de inte bäddar upp bäddsoffan, ingen nog deal, men när man anländer med två små barn mitt i natten då vill man inte behöva bädda sin säng. Läget är som sagt mitt i smeten vilket innebär party och högljutt fram till 03. 07 kommer sopbilarna och tömmer glas från restaurangerna. Så det är oväsen egentligen hela natten. Men om man inte är känslig för det så är boendet perfekt på alla sätt.

The rooms here are TINY, the sink smells like sewer, and the room also smells like cigarettes, the drunk people will be loud all night as well. The property was close to the city center and that’s about it

Very central location, easy to access and comfortable room albeit a bit small. We had an issue with check in as we didnt recieve any information before we arrived so had no idea how to get into the building as the door has a code - luckily someone else staying was able to help us contact reception when we were stuck outside. It was frustrating that we were told we should have had the details already as if we had missed them when in reality the information didnt come through until after 5pm on check in day and we werent given info on where to leave the key etc on checking out

Very well organised in receiving information on where to store bags and actual check in information. Lovely room and bathroom. Very spacious. All usual facilities. Very clean. Location ideal as on the main street between Rynek Glowny and Wawel. If you struggle with stairs then you will struggle with getting to and from the room. A little noisy during the night as on the main street. Both stairs and noise didn't bother me as I knew what I was booking. Would definitely stay here next time I visit this beautiful city.
