Hampton by Hilton Lublin

Was decent

Couldn't see any shops near by. Re hotel it was your usual Hampton by Hilton. But room was a bit smaller and bad on one side was only about 12 inches from wall. Breakfast was a bit disappointing no bacon, no white bread and no toast. I have stayed in a good few Hampton by Hilton and they all had bacon and white bread and nd a toaster. Disappointing. Staff were vrry nice and friendly.

Clean room

Frustrating to have smaller town hotels charge for parking. There are better choices very close by and I won’t be staying here again, but the hotel was clean and no real issues, just a the price that’s higher than many others, I expected a bit more.

I strongly recommend that they put back the minibar and install safes

Non functioning air conditioning.

Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant stay at this property. Save yourself the trouble and please avoid staying here. The following issues occurred: 1. Air Conditioning - non-operative in the room on the 2nd floor. When complained about this to the reception staff, they advised that we open a window for some fresh air. Temperatures outside were high as we were staying at the property in the middle of July. 2. Clogged Sink - again, advised reception about this. After significant back and forth, hotel staff sent a maintenance person to the room who could not unclog the sink (tried with a small plunger for approx. 5 mins). He shrugged and left the hotel room. He did not provide any advice or support. 3. Poor Customer Service - after the above issues, we asked reception to be moved to a different room. Reception staff were very resistant to this and advised us that we can be moved for one night but then we would need to move back to the same room. We found that unacceptable and requested for the manager to be contacted. We were eventually moved to a room on the 3rd floor (which had working AC and a working sink) but had a foul smelling mattress and sheets on one of the twin beds in the room. At this point in time, we decided to simply sleep on one bed, cut our losses and never book this hotel again.

My room was a disabled room - the shower was made for a person sitting down. Requested to change immediately but was told but the girl at reception that was the room I requested with a smirk on her face.Most unhappy with the room would not recommend this hotel. Double bed with a gap of less than 10 inches between the wall and bed - could not more the bed. Very poorly designed bedroom.

I loved every aspect of the hotel. The only things that were a negative impact for me was in the middle of the day they announced test fire drills over the intercom super loudly. I was sick and it did not help my headache.I also would've like the room to have a mini fridge and or a microwave. But none of this should impact the score I give. If you want a nice hotel and none of the above bothers you, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffett was amazing. The room and sheets and everything was super clean.

The staff was amazing

Really good value for money! Right outside the Old City. Uber 5 mins to city centre. Hotel is comfy, relatively new, breakfast choice is wide enough. Parking is a big advantage. Easy to get to! If I return to Lublin I will use again. Customer service very good at the desk. Happy with my stay!

The room was nice. Good service. Breakfast could be better.

Flawless stay. Excellent hotel, some great Christmas features in the lobby, and superb service from the receptionists.

Staff was very helpful with us needing Medical treatment and shopping as Polish airlines lost our luggage.

Good hotel for short stay.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Kurz um: Super Unterkunft 2 sachen haben mir nicht gefallen: 1tens-das Frühstück könnte etwas ausgefallener sein Und 2tens- das Bett und der Fernseher könnte etwas grösser sein. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau ;-)
