In general, the hotel need a bit renovation. The bath room has been cleaned pretty well. The location is very convenient for visiting the old town of Krakow. It only costs 2.8zl for a bus ticket to get on bus 105 and take you directly to the city center. The breakfast was great with lots of varieties. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Apis.

Great place to stay

Jeden zasadniczy mankament hotelu: w pokojach rozpylane są środki zapachobójcze do tego stopnia że ich stężenie wywołuje skutki odwrotne do zamierzonych. Konieczny jest więc pobyt przy otwartym oknie, co z kolei powoduje ogromny hałas wewnątrz pochodzący z ruchliwej ulicy.

Super hotel

Far away from what it looked (advertised) and from what I thought I have booked. Room I got was an attic room (not even one photo of that kind of a room neither on Expedia or other platforms), far away from anything described. First and last time there, for sure.

A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!

Was clean, quiet, breakfast was great - travelling for business purposes and had an early start, they provided us all a lunch to take with us on our journey - would thoroughly recommend

Bardzo dobry hotel, ale w mało ciekawej lokalizacji, poza centrum. Nowoczesny wystrój, bardzo wygodne łóżko, cicho i spokojnie. Pyszne śniadanie.

The hotel is slightly outdated. Instead of a double bed that we paid for, there were 2 twin beds pushed together and overlapped with 2 single sheets. The mattress was quite hard for our liking. At night there was no cold water running from the tap, hot water only. We were happy that there was a free parking lot on site. Service was fast and good.

Excellent, helpful staff. I’m traveling with a big dog and the staff was very accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet. Restaurant food very good. Lobby is a bit dull and uninviting.

Reste genom Europa och övernattade i Krakow. Läget för hotellet var bra för vår resväg, barnvänligt, fint och stort rum. Underbar middag på kvällen! Gott kaffe på frukost!

Ganske enkelt hotell i utkanten av Krakow. Vær ops at baren og restauranten stenger rundt kl. 22:00 så hvis du vil spise eller drikke noe så du må være rask. ellers ingen hjelp å få med drikke og noe finger mat etter kl. 22 i resepsjonen. Hotellet ligger ved tett trafikkert gate så kanskje passer ikke til folk som er støy sensitive.

Hotel Apis is a nice hotel set several miles outside the centre of Krakow. The rooms were modern and spacious, clean and functional. You don’t get all the mod-cons of modern chain hotels, however the place had a modern feel and everything was in its place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with queries on taxis, directions etc. Check in and out was a breeze. The only minor negative was location. The exact location meant a cheaper rate per night, and getting to town was so simple it wasn’t an issue. However given proximity to several main roads some parts of the hotel seemed susceptible to noise. I was in a room at the end of the corridor which only seemed to increase the noise penetration. For some deep sleepers the level of noise (which was cars passing and a train line nearby) wouldn’t be an issue, however personally this meant a disturbed nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again but ask for a room in a specific portion of the hotel.

기대이상입니다. 크라쿠프까지 가는 버스도 있고. 직원이 무지 친절했어요. 주차공간도 여유있고..무료주차에 무료조식이라..대만족하고 갑니다
