Is very well located, just right behind the main square, it is modern, elegant and super clean, rooms are spacious and the bed is ver comfortable. Top hotel. Service is very good too.

Had a great four night stay at this hotel. It is a high quality hotel with excellent facilities such as the pool and sauna area; is very clean, and staff who could not be more helpful. The location cannot be beaten - right in the heart of the Old Town right by the market square. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, museums etc… all close by and within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay there again should I be in Krakow again.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Saki a été une expérience en demi-teinte. L’hôtel est vraiment fabuleux : l’emplacement est idéal, la propreté des chambres est impeccable, et les chambres elles-mêmes sont magnifiques. Cependant, je suis extrêmement déçue par l’accueil et le service du personnel. Pendant quatre nuits, il y avait des réceptions juste en face de ma chambre, ce qui a rendu mes nuits bruyantes. Je suis allé me plaindre à la réception : la dame m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible et qu’elle allait se renseigner, mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour de sa part. De plus, lorsque j’ai demandé un late check-out, on m’a directement proposé de le payer, sans même un petit geste commercial après ces désagréments. Je trouve cela vraiment regrettable pour un établissement de ce standing. En résumé : un hôtel magnifique mais un service client à revoir, ce qui a gâché en partie mon expérience.

Stayed there with family for 4 nights. Best location in the city! Stone throw to town square. The hotel is new and beautiful. Rooms are very tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. Amazing selection for breakfast. Definitely worth including. Kids loved the pool and the sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay again. Not one negative to report.

Everything great except I would opt for no view next time or courtyard view if I stay here again. I got Old Town view which is essentially a no view. Courtyard might have been better. Otherwise, nice hotel.
