Very close to the main square ( couple of minutes walk) so a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a bedroom with us, bedroom was very large. Good choice of continental breakfast and fruit. We had a takeout breakfast for a morning trip ( before breakfast was being served), which was a great help. Also if using bolt, pick up / drop off right by the hotel which was handy. Staff all lovely. Definitely recommend.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações turísticas da cidade e a poucos passos do centro histórico. O pessoal do hotel muito atenciosos e um café da manhã muito bom. O grande problema que tivemos foi que o quarto que fui acomodado possuía janelas no teto contendo apenas persianas para tampar a claridade e assim seis horas da manhã já acordava com o sol batendo no quarto. Quando reservei o tipo de quarto escolhido as janelas eram diferentes. Ainda deixaria a sugestão de ser colocada uma saboneteira na pia do banheiro.

The hotel is in a great location, bordering the Old Town. It was very clean, quiet and safe. I was a bit disappointed there were no real public spaces or a bar, except the restaurant where only breakfast was served and the TV remote needed new batteries I think as I couldn't get it to work. However these are minor matters. The staff were helpful and polite.

Vi bodde i leilighet nr 12. Stort fint rom, bonus er to toaletter. Hotellet ser ut som det er nyrenovert. Flott frokostbuffet. God rengjøring men vi fikk bare to små shampoflasker på hele oppholdet vårt. Ofte vond lukt på rommet når vi kom inn. Ustadig wifi. Hotellet har flott beliggenhet med gåavstand til masse restauranter og serverdigheter.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Rooms that face onto the front street are busy with traffic, bars and pubs, and pedestrians therefore noisy.

Hôtel très agréable, personnels gentils, petits déjeuner variés et atypiques. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Nous logions au 3 ieme étage, la chambre est pourvue de 4 grands velux sans réel rideaux. Beaucoup de luminosité dans la chambre dés le lever du soleil (5h) rendant la fin de nuit difficile.

Be aware of not having the room right next to the street, is so noisy, they dont have proper windows to lower the noise. The pillows ara a bit unconfortable.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and the entire place was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best i have ever had with lots of options. Cant recommend this place enough, we will be back.

Great location and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, close to the main square in the old town. Something to be aware of it can be noisy at times with the windows open, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The room had air con which was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. They booked airport transfers and helped with booking excursions. Lunchbox was provided for trips if we missed breakfast. The room was a good size and was kept clean, bottled water was also replenished daily and if we needed extra the hotel reception were only to happy to supply us with more. There was a great choice of foods for breakfast. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Close to amenities and fantastic value for money.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had a room at the very top of the building. Only had the lift to floor 3 then we walked one flight of stairs. No issue for us. Room was big and comfortable. Bed made everyday, but they never changed towels daily. Had issues with the safe but staff helped. We were facing the back of the hotel which is what we requested as i like it nice and quiet at night. The front faces a road and there is a few bars around it. It's about a 3 mins walk from the main square. Breakfast was good, one morning they didn't seem to restock any items and we had to ask. They will happily make you eggs and toast at request. I would definitely recommend and this would be my go to hotel for Krakow.

Kleines Stadthotel in der Altstadt, unweit des Marktplatzes mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielfältigen Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar. ÖV (Bahnhof und Tramhaltestelle) unweit des Hotels gelegen. Nettes Einzelzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Fenster (Dachlukarne). Tolles und ansprechendes, leckeres Frühstück im Kellergewölbe. Speditive Abwicklung beim CheckIn. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Besonders geschätzt die Aufmerksamkeit mit einem kostenlosen Bon für den Besuch der Kathedrale.

Good place

Fantastic hotel with really friendly staff and a perfect location for exploring around. Breakfast had a great selection, rooms/hotel was clean, bright and had all the facilities we needed. Would stay here again for a future trip.

Apartment good. Noisy at night so take ear plugs. Breakfast good if up at crack of dawn.... if not fruit salad and hot stuff gone! Still ok.. just annoying.
