早餐非常豐盛，還有豎琴現場演奏，房間很大而且新穎，對面就是科學文化宮，百貨公司在隔壁，很方便。飯店工作人員服務態度很好!

房間很大，天花板很高，房間明亮，所以整體感覺很舒服。

It’s my third time staying at Intercontinental Warsaw, I had a great experience in my past 2 stays. But during this time,I do love the public facility and breakfast, but there are some problems in the room, the A.C is not working, we felt so cold at night, and there’s also a “WET TOWEL “ smell of our bed sheet, it’s really uncomfortable!! In my option, it can’t be acceptable in such a 5stars hotel. 床單跟被單散發出濕毛巾的味道，使我整個晚上不敢將被單靠近臉部

Stunning view from the swimming pool. Free for 1hr for hotel guests. Sauna included. Also nice gym. Definitely worth the price although car park is pricey.

Just a very nice hotel, probably the best ive stayed, although there should be some rules on how to utilize the pool so multiple people can enjoy and inform more clearly for all to shower before and so on. Just nit-picking. But excellent service, breakfast and beds. Amazing view and location. Would come back.

Dammigt! Som vanligt! Efter >5 besök ser man ”mönstret” med slarvig städning! Inga riktiga kuddar! Endast luftkuddar! Noll support för nacken!!!! Rätt illa!!!

I know this property for over 15 years since I was living in Warsaw and it use to be one of the best. Lately especially in the last 2 years standards have gone way down. Rooms are not cleaned properly(have video proofs) at all and seemed not inspected by supervisors , they also start using cheap materials that are used in 2-3 stars hotels such as very cheap toilets paper, toothbrush etc and that’s not the intercontinental standards that I know. it is time to look for alternatives

Close to train station - paid for a room facing the Palace of Culture and Science - amazing view over Warsaw. Queue for breakfast was a shame.

Great location right in front of the marvelous Palace of Culture & Science and a nice 20min stroll to the Old Town. Be advised dining hall is undergoing renovations and breakfast is being served in the Conference Rooms. Lovely view of the city from the Spa & Gym, which get a bit crowded despite of the need to book a spot (for swimming pool)

I don't even know how many times I've stayed here and enjoyed it. Everything is always superb — from the front desk to the quality of the rooms. Highly recommended hotel.

Amazing Gym

Un service personnalisé, un très bel établissement extrêmement bien placé a 2 pas de la gare, une chambre spacieuse et une literie confortable avec un petit déjeuner au goût de tous.
