Beautiful environment but no room service of food and after a long flight with children it was inconvenient to have no food. Also no milk for the tea, or not much of anything really. The light flickers on and off from the mirror.

Honestly they said I booked a room with single bed and then check in took 25 mins and the single bed was not mentioned / room cleaning has to be requested and it's a walk to any sights / no real cafe near the hotel suggest u do your research

First of all the hotel was well served by the bus from Airport which only had a short walk from the bus stop. You can walk to the castle and the centre easily. But if you prefer there are frequent trams to the centre. The hotel itself is faultless in terms of standards expected. We were able to leave our luggage there for storage after checking out allowing more time in Krakow for ourselves

Hotellet er nyere, som det kan ses på dets vedligeholdelse og indretning. Meget rummelig lobby samt restaurant. Værelserne er komfortable med normalt udstyr og et lille køleskab. Sengene er så behagelige og gode til at sove. Rengøringen er ret mærkelig, fordi vi ikke blev informeret om, at vi skulle bede om rengøring af værelset og nye håndklæder. Meget mærkeligt? Vi rejser virkelig meget, men det er første gang, vi skal bede om at få værelset gjort rent og håndklæderne skiftet.

Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk.

Location was great and they had parking underneath the hotel. The tram stop was right across the street and convenient to get to old town. The hotel only had one elevator working for our entire stay, which isn't enough for a hotel of this size, especially when a tour bus full of people returns on all once. It was raining one of the nights so we ordered from Uber Eats. There were many close restaurants and delivery was quick. We got a room with the Castle View, but they put us on the second floor and all we could see was the lawn, with barely any view of the castle, so be a little wary when getting a room with the Castle View. The air conditioning in our room was anemic, which didn't help when the temperature went above 30 degrees celcius.

Tyvärr väldigt stökigt i lobbyn av andra gästers barn, här borde hotellets personal agera och säga till. Övrigt fint läge på hotellet och bra standard/frukost. Lite mer alert personal i receptionen skulle inte skada.
