The reservation got missed by RINT 32. As a result we had to take a taxi at 23:50 to another hotel for the night and return to Rint 32 by taxi at 11:00 the next day. This effected our sleep on the arrival night and made us skip our tour the following day. Rint paid for the night in the hotel but did not offer to cover the taxi or our missed tour expenses. The dry feature did not work in the laundry facilities and the dishwasher was always full and dirty.

Expedia Group verified review
The property has no front desk. They are supposed to make arrangements to pick up the key. They did not contact me nor did they return any of the messages I left via both phone and email. As a result of not being able to obtain a key to access the apartment my wife and I were left without a place to stay and had to scramble to find other accommodations. This place is a scam. They take your money and then do not provide a room. Expedia has been notified and working on a refund.
