Casa de Campo da Quinta da Pegada

Prima verblijf welke op loopafstand van Obidos is. Bed is erg goed. Nette badkamer met een heerlijke douche. Het ruikt er alleen niet echt lekker fris.

We had a wonderful stay. The room with ensuite bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Right across the street there is a charming restaurant and bar called Infusion. The staff there was friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to old town, it was perfect… close enough and far enough. We highly recommend!

We sat in the dining room talking and drinking (what I considered to be a really good) complimentary Porto until after midnight. The building itself is straight out of another era with thick walls of rock but still with all the amenities you would want. This was the best stay I’ve had in Portugal so far.

Great stay! Comfortable and clean. I loved the extra snacks in the dining room and watching the animals next to the farm.

Wonderfull place, elegante, nice, I love it! Coffee and fruits free and available all the time!

The property was lovely and simple clean setting. I did wake up with many bumps on my arms and legs and realized these were bed bug bites.

This property is truly a gem. It’s a beautiful oasis. The quiet serenity was a blessing from city noice and completely exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend you stay here.

Great hotel with home feel. Very good location and excellent, welcoming staff.

The owner (Francisco) was so nice and accommodating. All the power went out in Portugal for 10 hours so we could not go out for dinner or buy supplies. He and his family provided dinner and wine for all the guests. What a great stay. Their house is beautiful and has been in the family for 100 years. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Don’t stay anywhere else but here! BTW the castle is awesome!

This place is a gem. Highly recommended. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had a large room, very clean, heated. Management was friendly and amenable to our needs. The property is well maintained, newly renovated. We come from a city so we were thrilled to have goats, chickens and peacocks nearby. The place is a short walk from the Medieval Village. If you include a meal, all you need is 3-4 hrs in the Village. Start your day with coffee/Tea, snacks at Casa de Campo because the cafés are in the Village and they do t open as early as some like. Enjoy your vacation!

It was an amazing find! It felt so peaceful and relaxing! They have a beautiful orchard with goats! The property was pristine and had beautiful antiques throughout! They are a 5 th generation family business! Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome! As a bonus they have espresso, tea, fruit, and cookies out all the time. You feel like you are home!!! Guests are welcome to bring food in and eat in the common dining area. This place was a treasure! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Quinta da Campa. The baroque building is absolutely beautful. We loved the many sitting area, and the goats and peacocks. The fountain was stunning.

The place, 300 years old, recently remodeled. Francisco one of the owners great guy, great person. Took good care of us!
