The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it smelled great throughout the property. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and I appreciated the VIP treatment with a complimentary bottle of wine — a very nice touch!
Parking was an issue since there was never space at the hotel, but the front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with the street parking app, which made it easier.
Two areas need improvement: calls to the front desk were never answered, so I always had to go downstairs for assistance, and the bar staff could be friendlier. When I asked for help opening my wine, the bartender was rude and made me bring the bottle down instead of simply providing an opener.
Overall, my stay was comfortable, but better communication and service would make a big difference.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the city centre, and transportation is easily accessible. The rooms are a bit small. They offered complimentary wine; I didn't like it. The cleaning service is daily unless instructed otherwise. Overall, my stay was good.
