性价比极高。

O apartamento estava muito limpo porém o hall cheirava muito cigarro. Tem carpete no hall de elevadores e impregna o cheiro. Como era um ap, era grande e confortável porém não tinha nenhum utensílio na cozinha. Pedi , me enviaram panelas antiquíssimas de alumínio e não tinha nem uma chaleira elétrica comum nos quartos de hotéis. Banheiro grande, antigo, e a banheira escorregadia, já gasta. Para ir ao Porto ou ir de carro correndo risco de não tem onde estacionar ou ir de Uber. 1 km a pé do metrô João de Deus

A very modern and pleasant stay within the structure of the Holiday Inn in Nova Vila da Gaia. Even though it looks on a map like a ways out from Porto, it is not a long ride – about a €5 ride-share, which is more than made up for by the much greater value you get staying here vs. a hotel in Porto proper. The only downside is that the beds were not especially comfortable.

Mooie ruime kamer. Er as een kitchenette maar deze was heel beperkt. Normaal garage inbegrepen bij boeking maar was toch extra.

Appartement très grand, idéal pour 4 personnes. Vaste salle de bains. Ménage fait tous les jours. Petit bémol pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner : il n'y avait rien dans les placards (mais on aurait pu demander le nécessaire mais nous avions choisi de manger à l'extérieur). Excellent petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Attention : piscine intégrée au spa et donc payante (15 € par adulte et 7.50 € par enfant).

Muy buena atención, buen hotel, la habitación amplia y con buen desayuno

Une réception grandiose mais après l'appartement est certes grand et très propre mais il a fallu que je réclame pour avoir la chambre que j'avais retenue (avec vue sur le fleuve) et pour avoir la kitchenette équipée (également demandée par mail) équipement qui se résume à 2 assiettes plates 2 creuses 2 fourchettes 2 couteaux 2 cuillères 2 tasses et 2 casseroles d'un autre âge..... Pour un 4 étoiles c'est plus que léger Par contre devant mon mécontentement au moment de mon départ l'hôtel m'a fait cadeau du parking un geste très agréable

Very accessible

Quarto muito grande e confortável. Roupa de cama de excelente qualidade. Banheiro grande. Ótima vista. Nós surpreendeu positivamente . Excelente café da manhã! Para crianças, havia Nutella à vontade e muitas opções saudades também.

Hidden fees, no pool

Terrible experience at this hotel. Outdated property. No AC for first day, they repaired but no AC in bedrooms for all days. Outdated Kitchen, no utensils(spoons/folks/others). No coffee machine in the room. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Need to pay money a for coffee in the lobby and use of pool at the property.

O Gaia residence compartilha os serviços com o Hotel Holiday, café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito grande, limpo e confortável. Estacionamento. Somente a região não tem muitas opções de restaurantes
