It’s simple but clean and the bed was very good.
There is no air conditioning but we had a fan in our room and it was possible to sleep well although it was very warm outside.
The host who welcomed us was a very nice lady who made us feel very welcomed.
Recommend this place specifically if it is your intention to spend most of the time out in the city.

The people working there were so helpful and caring. When they saw I had hurt my knee, they changed our room for the 2nd and 3rd nights so I didnt have to walk up so many flights of stairs.

Noisy room. No wifi in the room!!
No lift to get to the 3rd floor. Not possible to swap and get a room in a lower floor! The 3rd stairs so narrow to descend, is very dangerous when you are carrying a piece of luggage, for an eldely person.
Will never recommend the hotel to anyone.

No a/c. Literally dribbles of water comes out for shower. No place to put luggage except on floor. No help like towels or toilette paper in building; must go outside and down street to get them. No elevator for bringing suitcases up and down on hot day.

Отличный вариант для тех, кто не сидит в номере. Хорошая транспортная развязка (автобусная остановка через дорогу, до метро Sao Bento 5 мин пешком). Расположен в историческом центре.
Очень приветливый персонал. Номер небольшой, но чистый (белоснежное бельё, новая чистая сантехника). Из минусов - нет холодильника (даже общего).

Se um dia eu ter a oportunidade de voltar tentarei ficar de novo na mesma hospedagem, além de um bom preço é super acessível aos principais pontos turísticos. Não gastamos nada com transporte e ao redor tem vários lugares para refeições e também supermercado próximo.
