In diesem Hotel waren mein Bruder und ich nur 2 Nächte, jedoch ist dieses Hotel dennoch die 4-Sterne wert.
Es ist sehr sauber, hat ein kleines, feines Restaurant, welches morgens ein gutes Frühstück anbietet.
Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der Metro-Station Praça de Espanha und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Stadtkern.
Wir hatten im Badezimmer etwas Pech mit dem Wasserdruck, aber das hat unserem Erlebnis nicht geschadet.

I really enjoy the stays of the hotel, the room is very comfortable and clean, I got everything I need. The staffs are willing to help, and the breakfast is nice, too. It's very just in the exit of the metro station, it helps a lot if you are carrying a big luggage like me. Highly recommend!

The room was good, but the images had an espresso machine which was not in the room. After requested, it was never brought up. The minibar was not working and we had to ask twice about it - the fix was moving us to a different room, rather than rhe minibar.

Hotel sem empatia. Nada de cortesia. Quartos com carpetes velhos e com mal cheiro. O quarto não oferece nada além da cama e TV, até uma chaleira de água eles cobram.
O restaurante anexo é bom. Café da manhã razoável mas sem opção para diabéticos. Estacionamento péssimo.

Nice but nothing close to 4* neither VIP … they didn’t even provide conditioner for hair. After asking the front desc they sent me to the nearest convenience store.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was a great way to start the day. Will definitely stay again when in Lisbon.

Estadia foi excelente. Não é no centro mas é bastante acessível e próximo do transporte público (metro).
A única observação que faço é sobre não ter um fechamento na área do chuveiro, tipo "box", o que faz com que o chão fique um pouco molhado. De resto, a acomodação é muito boa!

Metro entrance is right outside the hotel entrance, blue line easily connects you to all other metro lines! The area is quiet, safe and pleasant to stay at after a day out in the busy streets of Lisbon. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, some of them stay open late into the night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. There was no complimentary water but tap water is safe to drink according to the hotel staff. This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in this city!

Hotel met VIP Access maar niets van gezien! Nochtans een kamerupgrade gevraagd voor maar 1 van de 3 gereserveerde kamers.
Super gelegen om naar de binnenstad te gaan( metro vlak voor de ingang)
Verzorgde kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt
Goed restaurant en maitre was supervriendelijk tijdens het diner maar toen de tip op het einde niet naar zijn zin was was hij heel onbeschoft in zijn gedrag. Jammer…
Score kon veel hoger zijn maar VIP Access en maitre hebben de eindscore bepaald
