Close to U-Bahn and airport

I booked this propery on Expedia, but I did not realize that I had to pay separate property taxes. When I finally confirmed it with Expedia, I was informed that I could pay it on site. But then I got an email asking for this to be paid beforehand. This looked like a spam, but I paid it anyway because I did not want to risk my travels. Turns out it was legit. Confusing, though. In any case, then I was asked to download an app for confirmation - quite annoying. But then they used the app for unlocking doors. Really annoying since that worked only half the times and someone needed to let me in. REALLY ANNOYING! Finally, coffee pods were never replaced by the cleaning team. I had to go to the reception every morning to ask for coffee pods. Other than the above, it was a nice property with clean kitchen with sufficient appliances and utensils, including a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine. The mattresses are old and saggy, but clean. The location is easily accessible on the metro/train line. It is a bit too far from the really touristy districts, but I take as a good thing since we got to see a bit of the local life.

Excelente opção em Lisboa. Apartamentos bem novos e muito bem equipados. O antirruído e o blackout funcionam perfeitamente. O fato de ter TV na sala e no quarto também foi um ponto importante para nós. A localização é um pouco mais afastada dos pontos turísticos, mas está ao lado de uma estação do metro, em uma rua tranquila e com boas opções de restaurante por perto. A única coisa que sentimos falta foi de um forno. Quem se hospeda por períodos um pouco mais longos pode se cansar de usar e depender apenas do microondas. Além disso, o sistema todo digital de checkin e comunicação também pode causar um pouco de confusão. As portas são abertas por um app no próprio celular e o nosso acesso foi revogado por acidente um dia. Por sorte, ainda era cedo e conseguimos resolver rapidamente pelo telefone, mas poderia ter causado mais transtornos se tivesse ocorrido tarde da noite. Apesar desses detalhes, é uma ótima opção e certamente o consideraríamos em uma nova visita a Lisboa.

This was an awesome apartment. The location was great. we were able to walk to lots of nearby places, and the metro is only a block away for the further trips. Apartment was really clean, very spacious, and we were comfortable the two nights we were there. Had a little trouble communicating regarding early check in since there is no reception desk, and everything is done online. Would also have liked to know ahead of time that we have to download an app in order to access our room key, which is digital and blutooth used through the phone.

The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Check in process confusing and vague. Service is terrible. I requested several times to replace broken and dirty items, always the answer is we’ll see or no. Might as well not have customer service. Floor was dirty upon arrival.

The room was beautiful and had shades to make it dark when we were sleeping.

Check in experience is a disaster. They try to automate too much to save some bucks by eliminating athe eceptionist role. Terrible idea if anything in your trip is non - standard.

Excellent location and clean , very pleased with amenities.

The apartment space was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to cook, a Nespresso machine, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. The process to check in wasn’t the easiest, which is why communication is 3 stars. You need to download an app to get the electronic key card to open your room door. This was not simple and the electronic key card never appeared on my husband’s phone/app. Only I was able to open our room door because of this. We made it work. Would stay again.

Good location, clean apartment. New apartment with new furniture and kitchen utensils. The cost for the stay is worth it.

I really loved this hotel apart from having to download an app to open the door to my hotel room. I didn’t like that I had to call someone to be let into the building

Some details, for example the shower holder, are not finished yet, also the assembly of the furniture should be rechecked.
