We were in no 41, on the top floor, with a large private terrace with gorgeous views across the city. From check in to check out, everything worked well. Not over luxurious but very clean and more than adaquate, and fully equipped. Well located in a good district.

Unhygienic, poorly maintained and misleading information – stay away! We stayed here during our holiday and it was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work. There were blood stains and remains of dead insects on the walls. The shower was dirty and poorly maintained. There is no reception desk to help with questions, and nobody answers the phone. The housekeeping staff do not speak English and are unwilling to help. Online it is advertised as a 4-star accommodation, but the sign at the entrance clearly shows it is only 3 stars.

Tivemos um grande problema na chegada pois o totem para chek in estava off. Ficamos 3h aguardando para poder entrar. Sem comunicação, e sem retorno dos responsáveis. Devido a isso, precisam estar atentos, para auxiliar. Limpeza deixou a desejar. Banheiro com problema no box (vidro). Localização boa, de fácil acesso a qualquer lugar. Acomodação (apartamento) bom, cama boa, internet boa.

Ruim, a porta do banheiro não fechava pois estava empenada pela umidade, a do box do chuveiro também não fechava pois a borracha estava fora do lugar. Estava infestado de pernilongos mesmo com a janela fechada. Camas duras. O resto OK.

The check-in needs to be improved. We arrived after mudnight and it took us more than an hour to check-in. It is self check in and the system wasn’t working. The next day we saw some people having the same issues.

Leider hat die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber gar nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und hat nicht richtig funktioniert und war außerdem sehr laut. Wenn wir das Fenster aufgemacht haben, haben uns die Mücken zerfleischt. In der Nacht haben die kakerlaken Party gefeiert. Obwohl wir die Hotline von Expedia angerufen haben, hat sich niemand um das Problem mit der Klimaanlage gekümmert. Wir haben unserer Reise mit viel Enthusiasmus vor 6 Monaten gebucht um uns zu erholen. Leider was diesmal keine Erhöhung möglich. Expedia hat uns keine geeignete Lösung angeboten weil sie sich für unser Problem nicht zuständig fühlte. Das war für uns keine schöne Erfahrung. Expedia ist für uns keine Empfehlung wert.

The apartment was nice but air conditioning was not working from the first day. The staff were rude and said it is central problem. They gave us a fan after 2 days. It is expensive forbthe price they charge. Without AC, you have to open windows and welcome nasty mosquitoes. One of our worst experiences!

BE CAREFUL AT THE TIME OF ONLINE CHECK IN. Their website is not perfect and if you make a mistake, there is no customer service. Everything was fine until I requested a refund, because when I did the check in their website, was not working correctly, and I re-paid for the fees, and after a month, they haven answer me, Expedia, or my credit card. It is a shame that I have to write a bad review por a place because the terrible customer service. CUIDADO A LA HORA DE PAGAR DURANTE EL CHECK IN ONLINE. Todo estuvo bien, el apto, el ubicación. Pero tengan cuidado en el website de ellos a la hora de pagar los impuestos al check in porque si se equivocan NO hay forma de conseguir que ellos respondan por su dinero. Yo he pedido la devolución del dinero extra por más de un mes y no me responden ni a mi, ni a expedía, ni a la tarjeta de crédito. Lástima tener que dejar una mala revisión de un sitio por su pesimo servicio al cliente.

Conveniently located with a bus stop literally right out front. Most places also walkable (20-30 mins) if you don’t mind walking some hills. Room was clean, AC worked very well, and staff were responsive.

Ah c'est déçu de notre séjour étant donné le problème que nous avons eu à la réservation qui avait été annulé et que nous avons dû refaire avec 400 € en plus. Avec ce problème là au lieu d'avoir la même chambre ou une chambre similaire à la fois dernière nous avons une chambre en dessous de gamme .

Very nice residence with all the amenities you could need. More in neighborhood part of town. Nice and quiet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wird täglich gereinigt, Handtücher werden bei Bedarf täglich neu zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Leider ist es etwas laut, da Fluglärm zu hören ist. Der Flughafen wird bis 24.00 Uhr beflogen und beginnt so ca. 5.30 Uhr. Check In und Out haben problemlos funktioniert. Alles in allem sehr schöne Unterkunft um Lissabon zu besuchen.

Abbiamo rischiato di dormire fuori in quanto non era pervenuta la mail del codice per poter entrare dopo aver chiamato la mattina e dandoci informazioni sbagliate ( ci hanno detto di digitare il codice che avevamo nella prenotazione), siamo rimasti fino alle 2 di notte ad aspettare fuori perché nessuno ci rispondeva al telefono; fortunatamente abbiamo chiesto aiuto a due ragazzi fuori che alla fine a forza di insistere al telefono qualcuno ha risposto dando un codice provvisorio ma l’odissea non finisce qui , per farti entrare in stanza bisognava fare il self check-in che non scannerizzava il documento di identità cartaceo per cui dopo averci provato dieci volte abbiamo chiamato l’aiuto al telefono che fortunatamente ci ha risposto ! E’ stato veramente disastroso poter entrare ! Mai più ‘veramente disorganizzati

Positiv war der sehr schöne Park in der Nähe, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dass in dem Appartment eine kleine Küche ist inkl Kühlschrank und Herdplatte. Negativ war die unglaubliche Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer, sodass man alle Gespräche im Gang, in anderen Zimmern und den Aufzug nachts wunderbar gehört hat. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Es gab 2 winzige Balkone, auf die mit Mühe gerade so 2 Stühle gepasst haben. Daher konnte man diese kaum nutzen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche inkl Kaffeemaschine und der Boden war klebrig und schmutzig. Im Bad das gleiche Bild. Auch gab es in letzterem keinerlei Ablagen für Bandutensilien (Duschgel, Rasierer etc mussten in der Duschwanne liegen). Ganz klar: für den Preis keine Empfehlung!
