SLEEP AND GO - SANTANA IN NATURE B&B

I typically don't give bad reviews and im not super picky about places but I stayed here for two nights and if i hadn't already paid ahead of time I would have found something else. The one staff member that checked us in and helped around breakfast was amazing but everything else sucked. We opened the door to the room and were very disappointed. There was a hole in the flooring, mold in the shower, the showerhead couldn't attach to the wall hanger, the walls were beyond dirty and the beds were hard as a rock. We stayed in two other places on the island which were both amazing but this place I would not recommend to anyone. The one positive was the guy on staff that kept making us laugh and talked to us whenever he saw us around. He was genuinely nice and tried his best.

Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Petit déjeuner buffet simple mais bon et rempli régulièrement. Chambre en ordre. Resté une semaine sur place.

Personnel non serviable, ça a complètement gâché notre séjour. Ne mangez surtout pas au restaurant de l’hôtel c’est très cher pour de la très mauvaise qualité. En revanche l’hôtel était globalement propre et la chambre conforme aux photos.

Équipe sympathique, agréable et a l’écoute, donc rien à redire sur le personnel. Le restaurant est correct. Par contre-la chambre 22 qu’on a occupé du 18 au 22 mars est une catastrophe. Pas d’étagère, pas de meuble pour poser les affaires de toilette dans la salle bain. On a utilisé l’unique chaise de la chambre a cet effet. Comme il y avait pas mal de vent les volets et la fenêtre ont fait du bruit toute la nuit. Il y a un bruit dans le couloir qui dessert les chambres, peut être une minuterie qui s’entend surtout la nuit. Pas de prise électrique près du lit. Je déconseille totalement.

Propre, les employés étaient tes gentils, excellent emplacement avec du stationnement et un restaurant délicieux (magnifique terrasse). Pas de frigo dans la chambre, mais les employés nous ont permis d'utiliser le frigo du restaurant. La couverture supplémentaire a été appréciée

We stayed for 8 nights and loved the accommodation. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We loved the jacuzzi and the parking facilities. We will come back whenever we can. Thank you very much Santana in nature B&B

The staff was excellent and the property was easy to find with parking available. The location was centrally north so it was around 40 minutes to either side of the island. The room could be in better condition. It felt damp most of the time and the heater would only work some times. Breakfast was the same items everyday Overall, I would stay again if I'm on a budget. Thank you to the kind staff!!

Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. Le bâtiment mériterai un bon rafraichissement et proposer une restauration de meilleure qualité.

De B&B is mooi strak ingericht. Netjes, schoon. Het bed was echter wat verouderd. Waardoor het slapen minder was. Ook het gemis van een kleine koelkast. Dat zou het verblijf veel prettiger maken.

It was a basic hotel with good service, breakfast clean, now the jacuzzi was wonderful! After a long day trekking on mountain! Go Back to hotel and use the jacuzzi was heaven!!

The room was basic, but clean. The staff were very friendly & welcoming and provided excellent service.

Deze lag op een prachtige locatie voor ons wandelliefhebbers, maar ook niet te ver van vliegveld, leuke plaatsjes en vooral alom prachtige wandelroutes lang oceaan, bergen en levada's. Het hotel en restaurant voldoen aan alle basic eisen jacuzzi en met uiterst aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Chambre propre, Jaccuzi accessible quand on veux avec une superbe vue. Personnel sympathique.
