The hotel is a very modern and open but needs doing something more such as simple as a map of the city. Although nothing nearby such as restaurant, super market since we tried to buy some fruits but no way could find. otherwise, the service is good especially Nicolas helps a lot.

Pas de contact en présentiel avec le personnel, mais communication par Whatsapp, personnel très attentionné.
Accès aux chambres par un escalier en bois parfois étroit (3ème étage), un peu difficile avec une grosse valise bien lourde.

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Porto - out of the way enough to be fairly quiet but within a short walk of many of the key sights and the waterfront. It is also on the right side of town to take a trip to the beach. The room was large and exactly as per the photos, the bed was comfy and the furniture and fridge / included minibar items were nice touches. Communication from the owners/concierge via WhatsApp was excellent, including many recommendations for places to eat and asking our cleaning preferences each day. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again.
One thing to be aware of is the stairs - we were in room 7 on the top (3rd) floor, which meant carrying luggage up several flights and some narrow stairs at the top. Bear in mind if you have lots of luggage with you.
The only improvement I would suggest is that the room needed more space to unpack and store clothes. There is one very short hanging rail but no drawers, which is odd given the ample space in the room.

From the communications before arrival to our reception on arrival and the facilities delivered. We have nothing but praise. Fantastic value for money. We stayed in room 6 which was comfortable and quiet.
The coffee machine provided coffee on demand anytime without limitations and the minibar was stocked with a few nice treats free of charge.
Nicolas was extremely helpful, even to a young lady who arrived when we did but had made a mistake with her booking as it was for 2026. He went well above and beyond expectations.
Location is good, could walk just about anywhere we wanted within 30 minutes. Would stay here again.

Recommendation: I would highly recommend that instead of having the Nescafé machine the owner provides guests with vouchers to get a pastry, real coffee and/or a juice at the closest bakery.

El encargado nos dió recomendaciones muy útiles y fue muy amable. Nos permitió guardar el equipaje y nos dejó hacer el check in en cuanto estuvo lista la habitación. Nos quedamos en la suite 3 y es espectacular. Un hotel pequeño pero compensa mucho con la belleza y amplitud de sus habitaciones. Ubicado frente a un pequeño centro comercial y un parque cerca que vale la pena visitar.

El hotel es pequeño y está situado razonablemente cerca del centro y bien comunicado con paradas de autobús cerca.
La habitación amplia, cómoda y bien decorada.
El servicio muy amable y dispuestos a atender rápidamente bajo demanda (solo están por allí a ratos pero puedes llamarles).

El lugar está increíble, súper cuidado y con un diseńo de interiores en la habitación excepcional. Nicolas siempre estuvo en comunicación conmigo en todo momento, resolvió dudas sobre cómo llegar a varios lugares y siempre atento a lo que necesitara.
La ubicación es súper buena, puedes llegar a los Jardines a las 8 am y tomar foto en la torre sin nada de gente, tendrás una de las mejores fotos de Lisboa.
El centro está a 10 minutos caminando. La estación más cercana es Palacio.
Sin duda volvería, gracias Nicolas por la increíble atención.

Lovely hotel and the manager Nicholas looked after us very well. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on! The only thing we would change would be coffee/tea facilities in the room rather than a communal area.
