Hotel bem localizado, tem um problema de acústica que poderia ser melhor, por conta da ponte 25 de abril. Mas nao atrapalhou em nada. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento atencioso e cortez. Quartos limpos, bonitos, tudo funcionando! Valeu a pena

Nel quartiere dove si trona l'hotel servizi e luoghi di interesse,la presenza ravvicinata del ponte non disturba il sonno,ottima insonorizzazione di tutta la struttura. Personale gentile attento e disponibile,lingue parlate inglese,francese,spagnolo, tedesco,litaliano no,perche? SPA a disposizione degli ospiti,intrattenimento musicalle nel fine settimana molto gradevole. Camera molto pulita,teli bagno puliti ogni giorno,morbidi e profumati,dispenser per sapone,shampoo,bagnoschiuma,non le solite bustine o saponette monouso,bicchieri in vetro.La presenza della moquette all'inizio mi ha lasciata un po perplessa ma ho notato che veniva pulita con accuratezza.Frigo bar fornito. Unica nota stonata della camera,a cui secondo me dovrebbero rimediare al piu presto,è la qualita del materasso. Decisamente scomodo, ha fatto il suo tempo,si sprofondava ,probabilmente ci ha gia dormito troppa gente. Colazione a buffet ricca,personale numeroso e disponibile.

Uma boa experiência. Fica perto das docas de santo amaro e do LX factory, então tem boas opções de restaurantes. O café da manhã é bom e incluído no preço. O ponto alto é o roof top com piscina, com uma vista espetacular. Recomendo e posso voltar, com certeza, a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Genel olarak otelin yerinden ve ortamdan hoşnut kaldım. Birkaç olumsuz yanı vardı. Yatak yeterince rahat değildi. Pencerenin açılmaması ve içeriye temiz hava girmemesi çok sıkıntı vericiydi. Özellikle dışarıda denizden gelen rüzgarlar eserken oda boğucuydu.

The hotel has terrible pillows. Room service is not existent as no one ever picks up the phone! Same with reception - no one picks up the phone. The staff, specially at the bar are rude and the food was ok. Mini bar was never replenished. Will not recommend.

El hotel está muy bien, pero al estar cerca del puente es ruidoso. Necesita mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones. Viajamos en familia y pedimos dos habitaciones comunicadas, pero nos las dieron en distintas plantas de edificio.

The plastic bed protector and blood stained pillow case were aweful. The hotel stay would have been excellant if I could have slept. The plastic on the bed was loud when I moved around, the plastic was slick and sweaty. Even a layer of inexpensive fabric would make a huge difference. Blood stained pillow case is unforgivable. Sorry to say I won't be back.
