Coconut Tree Villa

A Mixed Stay at Coconut Tree Villa Our recent stay at Coconut Tree Villa offered some enjoyable aspects, but it also had significant shortcomings that impacted our overall experience. While we appreciate the villa's potential, it felt more akin to a "poor college student's style" accommodation rather than a well-maintained vacation rental. The most notable issues were the broken couches indoors, which made relaxing comfortably quite difficult. Additionally, the outdoor furniture lacked cushions, which really detracted from our ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces and made them less inviting. With some much-needed updates and attention to comfort, Coconut Tree Villa could truly shine. However, as it stands, these issues prevented our stay from being as comfortable and enjoyable as we had hoped.

We are so in love with this place all its amazing views. Friendly staff and all around relaxation and beauty. We will definitely be coming back and also recomending this place to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. The views are beautiful and overall, it is a nice place. Alberto was helpful. You need a rental car as the villa is remote from restaurants and stores. Get directions because there is no sign and many roads lack signs. We are seasoned travelers and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations. We would come back, but with adjusted expectations. It was great to have a full kitchen, but it needs additional items for cooking dinners. There was one soup bowl, the large serving bowl leaked, all of the cutlery was small (the larger knives were missing), the pots and pans had peeling non-stick coatings, and there were no measuring cups or spoons. We managed fine, but it would help to update the kitchen supplies. Some of the furniture needs replacement. There were couches on the porch, but no cushions. Cushions on the porch chairs had tears and mildew. The balcony is a great place for a drink or meal, but there were no tables or lights.

The villa was beautiful and Alberto the host was fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here, amd I would absolutely stay here again.

The villa had an authentic feel of the island. Very spacious. Beautiful views. The staff was amazing and very responsive.

Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!

If they would describe the property accurately and truthfully I would not have stayed there. First off when I arrived, there is no check-in/location area or any clear markings that this is actually the property. It took me 20 minutes of knocking on other houses to find someone to call the property owner to let them know I was here. On the site they have options for booking 1 bedroom villas and 2 bedroom villas. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, 1 king bed. They do not have any 1 bedroom villas and actually tried to put me in a villa with someone else and expected me to share. Alberto the property manager (who ended up being very helpful in the end) finally arranged a separate villa for me to stay in. So people know what to expect, there is no daily house cleaning and the beach is a 20 min moderate hilly walk. (both not as described)

Beautiful spacious villa with majestic views. Alberto, manager, went consistently out of his way to make sure the entire stay was beyond excellent. Awesome. Safe gorgeous area- such a relaxing stay - hosted with true Caribbean ambience - can’t wait to come back.

It is a very big house with a very beautiful sea view.you hear only waves and birds.1Alberto who is in charge is extremely welcoming and helpful to give lift,to show you around(french pastry delicious and hidden).the owner came to greet us for Christmas with a bottle of wine. Relaxing and enjoyable stay

The villas are enormous and gives the feeling of being regal. Very peaceful and relaxing. Even though the location is secluded, a short drive takes you to shopping, gas, beaches, restaurants and the airport. There were small cleaning issues with regards to the maid and an overbooking debacle caused us some discomfort when we had to share our villa with overnight guests. Alberto, the on site manager was friendly, helpful and most gracious. We would love to stay there again. We spent 9 nights there!

The property we stayed in was huge, a massive open plan lounge / kitchen / hall and three large double bedrooms with air conditioning. Alberto was available and helped us with everything we needed. There was also a laundry and great pool. We would definitely rent again, the only thing to be aware of is the climb from the Lambert hotel restuarant is pretty stiff if you are planning to use. Not a problem if you are fit.

What a beautiful quiet villa with wonderful views. Perfect for a relaxing time reading a book and enjoying the island’s warmth
