Sherao 飯店

凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭

職員聽不懂英文，check也用了20分鐘。 進房後看到之前客人留下的毛巾… 廁所的垃圾埔也滿是銹漬。 酒店很接近舊建築物，早上6時開始發出低頻聲音，完全不能入眠。 很差的酒店，不會再光臨。

After a 15 hour flight, all I was looking forward to was relaxing. While I didn’t necessarily expect early check in, I certainly didn’t expect being charged more than what I had originally paid for the night. After being told I couldn’t just sit in the lounge area, I chose to pay the price and be checked in earlier. Was not provided any of the Expedia VIP benefits, Room was ok, bathroom spacious. Couple nice staff - minus the above mentioned reception. Area few minutes to National museum. Also close to the metro which I found great even to get to the airport. Pool is pretty poor, they don’t even provide towels.

We would like to sincerely thank the hotel for this wonderful experience! We only stayed for one night, but we had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent — close to the metro and easily accessible from the city. The service was high-quality, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality — we will definitely come back! 🌟🏨❤️

Very good location right next to the national museum and staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok not too much choice.

Hotel Rooms are very specious, neat & clean. Property is located in heart of city. Easy accessible for all the tourist locations. Wonderful view of corniche & MENA port. Reception and housekeeping staff's are very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant and memorable stay. I will definitely book same for my next trip. Thank you

I was living in Qatar previously and this time went to Qatar for a shopping trip. Sherao hotel was the best stay I choose. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. The only negative part was that their internet services were bad and inconsistent causing my remote meeting delays.

Everything was good! The room smelled a little bit of paint but otherwise a great stay!

A great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and top service. The rooftop pool and gym are a plus. Food is tasty with good options. Perfect location for business or leisure. Highly recommend

Très bon accueil et service !

The front desk employee Jenny was not friendly nor inviting. Nothing spectacular about the hotel beside its close to a metro station and the Museum of Doha.

Staff were friendly especially the gentleman helping with our bags. Did not tell us renovations and as we didn't get to our room after late flight until 1 am and then noise at 6 am. Rooms however very large. Needed a bit of a clean as carpets were quite marked
