Its very quiet & clean pace.

Had a few issues that could easily be addressed, but, the room carpets need to be changed, steam cleaned more often… Otherwise, clean and pleasant staff. Only did 1 night stays. There was a power strip in the room which was convenient to charge multiple devices. Breakfast was great. Bar hours very accommodating. If I had to overnight I probably would stay here again.

Nice location, beautiful property with comfortable accommodations. Breakfast buffet was poor, often lacking basic table place settings (napkins, spoons, forks), standard items like coffee, fruit or beverages. Hot food selection (beans) left cold. Cereal with no bowls or milk, croissants no butter, etc… I was there for 4 days and it felt like everyday I had to ask for multiple items that should have been there. Staff was quite glad to provide. Bedroom didn’t have a Do not disturb sign for the door. Rather, they had a “please make my room” sign. Housekeeping came knocking even when I didn’t have the sign out. I couldn’t figure out how to get them not to come. Shower has no curtain or glass divider so water everywhere after my shower. No washcloths provided. Wait and security staff were nice though many couldn’t speak English nor French. Miriam at the front desk was very nice and hospitable.

Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague order room service and got food poisoning. The general hotel staff was very nice, but the front desk very unhelpful and kind of like non caring. We ran out as soon as we could find available lodging somewhere else. It was a nightmare, and Im still fighting to get a refund.

A very nice ambience for the special event that we went for.. It requires some upgrade.. WiFi in tbe rooms weren’t regular.. Hotel requires some detaild attention..

The hotel was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a wide choice. I would stay again for a short overnight visit. However, the room was advertised as having a smart tv with Netflix. Definitely not a smart tv and there was only one local channel available. Also, the bar had no ice.

Though often quite empty of visitors, our stay see was great. The only part that felt a bit 'off' was the speed of the service in the restaurant, but based on our experience throughout Rwanda, it was not unusual -- just slower than some Americans are comfortable with. GREAT GREAT friendly and helpful staff. VERY quiet area and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we were allowed for a quite late checkout on departure day -- VERY helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

The staff was really accomodating. This was my first time to Rwanda, and I was here for a business trip. They were patient and answered any and all questions I had. The only few minor critiques I had were related to the lack of variety of food available. Luckily there are a lot of cool restaurants in Kigali. The other problem was the business center not operating fully. We couldn't print anything, and had to contract outside for this service. Again not a big deal, and they were working to fix this issue. The Wi-Fi in general was EXCELLENT though. I never had trouble connecting and I could FaceTime with those back home easily. I would definitely stay here again.
