Staff were amazing, breakfast was outstanding and property was very close to all local amenities.

Lovely room top floor in the attic. A lot bigger than I expected, comfortable huge bed. Unfortunately unable to stay for breakfast because of local 10k race road closures

The rooms and dining area of the hotel and breakfast were wonderful . Maureen was a lovely host . My husband left his phone there and they immediately called the cab co and we got it back ! . Only not so great is the entire facade was under reconstruction- that’s great they take care of an old building but a bit daunting when you drive up . I would not let this affect your decision to stay here . It’s lovely

Very nice traditional hotel with well equipped amenities. Would be wonderful if a small mini fridge is available in the room. Should have beautifying the back garden and the front of the hotel with flowers to welcome visitors even more

The owner and the staff were very friendly and the Hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay close enough to the airport but quiet!! There are many choices to go out to eat and also we can enjoy the dinner at the hotel too!

I love an older hotel with charm and this was it! Very friendly proprietor, excellent breakfast. Did not try WIFI. Located near train station and the beautiful Paisley abbey in the student section but still close to the Glasgow airport. No elevator.

This is a charming stay, close to the airport. Maureen is a gem, and so helpful. She was eager to hear about our trip and offered great ideas about the area. LOVED staying here!

If you saw the Bates hotel movie, this would be like the house behind it, very creepy, arrived at night with very little light to find the way up the narrow drive and front door, narrow staircase leading up multiple stairs that you can barely fit a suircase up. Wanted to leave assoon as we checked in, but no refund available.

Beautiful place, extremely friendly staff

This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast.

Peaceful quaint little in close to the Glasgow airport but not to close. Beautiful interior and comfortable rustic rooms make for a romantic setting, or a relaxing get away. Love love love this place, I will be back.

It’s a cute place! The WiFi did not work in our attic room, we were only there for a night so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Second stay here and again very much enjoyed it. Both dinner and breakfast options at the hotel are excellent. Nice whiskey collection. Rooms are comfortable though noise does carry. Fairly close to the Glasgow Airport and off High Street in Paisley.

Surprised to find the Hotel was a fairly old building, though saying that our stay was very comfortable. The lady on reception was extremely nice and friendly, and though we arrived before check in time, she went out of her way to get our room ready for us. She also noticed my wife was using a stick to get around, so she changed us from a room on the 2nd floor, to one on the ground floor. Which was very much appreciated. The en suite facilities were excellent, as was the breakfast, location was great for attending a wedding in Coates (approx 300yds away) and the security was also great. Generally our hotel stay was very good.

Close to the Glasgow airport. Room was nice, just a bit small.
