博福特飯店

Berry good

酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。

Can not fault it only one night but it was near where i wanted it to be staff was great and welcoming

The room was very dirty. We were in room 16. The dust on the headboard and light fixtures was disgusting. The bathroom was also filthy with dark stains along the edges of the floor. When we arrived the shower was still wet and had hair in it.

Nice boutique hotel off touristy areas but still walkable. The suite we stayed in ("family room") was huge!

Nice, comfortable, and clean. Easy access to downtown and walking around.

Staff was very helpful and the property was well located and comfortable.

Esperienza negativa. La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era nel sottotetto ed esposta al sole. Risultato, un caldo asfissiante (abbiamo misurato circa 30°!) senza condizionatore (non presente) o finestra decente (si apriva così poco che il ricircolo aria era zero). Ci siamo lamentati e la risposta è stata che purtroppo la giornata era stata piuttosto calda. Ok, ci sta', ma se la stanza ha questi problemi, e credo lo avessero tutte quelle sottotetto, vi attrezzate e mettete un condizionatore!! Il bagno inoltre aveva un piccolo lavamani al posto del lavabo. Unici aspetti positivi la presenza di un parcheggio gratuito nel cortile interno, zona tranquilla, posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, 5-10 minuti circa a piedi. Purtroppo esperienza da non ripetere

The suite was two beds in a small room. Very cramped. No AC. Not handicap accessible. Radiator on all night in bathroom. Couldn't get it turned off. One small broken fan supplied Clean but facilities antiquated and uncomfortable. Staff tried. Expensive for what was provided. Would not recommend

Nicely updated rooms are large and pleasant. Great bathrooms. The hallways have a lot of stairs and are a bit confusing. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area with its many and varied seating options.

Not as expected. Not a 3 stars hotel as stated. Very expensive even if we booked one month in advance. You don’t get at all what you pay for. The rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Small bathrooms, not clean, poor maintenance.

Staff was very accommodating. Had requested twin beds through Expedia, but got a single bed. They immediately changed rooms for us. We had car issues and difficulty using the emergency numbers for our rented car. Hotel staff acted as a go between to connect us to the people we needed to contact and were very instrumental in getting us on our way. We didn't try the restaurant on premises (had other plans with people we were meeting), but the menu looked inviting and the food we saw looked good.

There was no air conditioning and the room was very hot all night.

Overall, loved the stay. If we were staying again, I would get a bigger room, only because with 3 of us it got a bit crowded and we get grumpy 😂. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The only "complaint" we have is that if you sleep in, you're getting a cold shower. But other than that it was wonderful.

We had a nice room, large windows . Bed was soft but comfortable. Good breakfast and dinner was available in dining room . Cosy bar . Nice outdoor area. Room was dusty . We found a few unclean utensils and mugs at breakfast and dinner. Staff were extremely nice.

Family room is small - noisy from room above walking constantly. Expensive for what it offers - need to sleep with windows open - no ac - more noise !

Very good location to city centre yet quiet and enjoyable with a great breakfast and comfortable beds. As typical with country and small hotels, no A/C

Die Hilfsbereitschaft in Schottland hat uns beeindruckt. Ich hatte eine defekte Brille (Glas aus der Fassung). Ein weiterfahren mit dem Motorrad wäre so nicht möglich gewesen. Es wurde uns überall sehr schnell und freundlich geholfen.

Rooms outdated and hotel appeared to be understaffed. Took two hours to get our dinner and there was only one other couple dining the entire time.

Not much good about it. We were given room on the very top, with lots of stairs to climb, windows old and falling apart and dirty tissue behind the bedside table. Also bathroom could be cleaned better from mould. Bedside lamps were not plugged in and room smelled of dampness. Beds were so so, not very comfortable. No green spaces or parks nearby to walk the dog , especially after it turns dark, and you need to walk far to the park. The back car park is a bonus. Town was busy but no green spaces there again. Pubs close early so i couldn't enjoy a pint outside after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel has small sitting area outside but you cannot drink alcohol outside after 10 pm.
