Room was huge, though no air conditioner in the room , it’s still cozy with fan and window-opened, pretty nice! Staff at counter were passionate and really helped a lot.
A little something has to be mentioned probably will Be that toilet seat was actually not match the toilet, just a little bit uncomfortable but not being a problem!
Anyway, still a total 5 stars .

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. It actually consists of 4 individual ensuite semi double bedroom attached with a private common room with kitchen. The common room is spacious with sofa, tv and dinning table. You can use the kitchen to cook and enjoy your meal as well as having fun here.
The cons. is that the location is a little bit remote, have to walk 10-15 min to city centre. and it's just right in front of the railway, some noise may wake you up at night but it should be fine after 12:00.
In summary, I recommend this hostel, the staffs are nice and attentive to solve your problem. And the room price is very good and reasonable.

Staff in reception are very nice and helpful, it would be great if the facilities list could offer rubbish bin inside the room or inform people to bring bin bag in advance to keep environment clean and environmental friendly.

環境比較嘈，街外車聲人聲火車聲，夏季需要開窗是避唔開的。床無咁好瞓。Check-in時，職員會詳細口述前往房間的方法，但有張地圖指示會好啲，年長啲嘅最好選擇其他。

壞處: 房間較熱，浴室去水差，早check out，風筒要問接待處借。
好處: 較新淨，有完善的廚房，進房門要三道鎖。宿舍附近有巴士站，附近有景點。

Reasonably priced as it also serves as student accommodation. The first room we got was not cleaned properly (not even half-done), the cover to the fan in the bathroom was removed and placed on the toilet cover, used cleaning cloth and bottles of vinegar were resting on the basin and shower room. Fortunately they got us another room after we talked to them. The second room's bathroom was fine but has a dirty linen. So I would not say this hotel is clean but at this price I would at least say it was reasonable. It takes quite some time to get to the city center (old town/Edinburgh Castle) but is really close to the palace and Arthur's seat.

這其實是大學生宿舍，有公用厨房及free wifi. 宿舍颇新爭，而且鄰近皇宫及議會。我們住的是双人房，面積狹少，而且向馬路，有嘈雜車聲。我們8月入住，房間沒冷氣，但感覺不太熱。入住了7天，從沒有人執房及更換房單，感覺不大衞生

We stayed 3 night in different rooms here.
- 2 of 3 mattress are broken or too soft which made back bone pain.
- Need to open 12 doors from reception to our assigned room.
- Need to pay extra fee to put luggage in reception even you go on to stay here.

價格便宜、交通方便，房間地板不太乾淨以外其他都滿整潔的！附近有公車站牌，也有35號巴士可以直達機場！跟櫃台借吹風機沒一次有借到，很多人都吹完不還，最好有需要的話早點借

Quite accessible, around 20mins walk?from main station Edinburgh Waverley. Very new and clean rooms. Efficient staff. Check-in and check-out were done in a minute. A large common room and kitchen for cooking. Next to Scottish Parliament and a lot of policemen surrounded so definitely a safe place. Shampoo, body wash, towels are additional and not included in the basic room rate. Already good value for money!
